“My wife and I love this place. We like how it's a mom and pop hole in the wall place. Came here with our kids who loved the waffles with whipped cream and strawberries. “My husband is on a business trip from Arizona and he flew me out and brought me here 2 weeks into his trip. I absolutely loved everything about this cafe! Great atmosphere and everything we got was delicious. The vibe was on point. The cashiers/host were awesome friendly kind and pleasant. We orders 2 mocha coffees with the heart shaped design, first time trying, and ohmygosh it was delicious! We also ordered the sandwich, THE CHAPLIN,, added avocado, has a chipotle sauce. Soooo delicious! After breakfast we went to throw away our trash and there was a gallon with fresh cold water, I know my waters and this one was outstanding! Everything at the cafe is so well put together you just know you’re going to receive a great experience. Highly recommend!”

“We are from Connecticut, and during a recent trip to the Bay Area, we had the extreme good fortune to try the Afghan Awasana Kabob House. Oh my ... what an experience! The food was superb … an epicurean delight, but also plentiful, and very reasonably priced. The qabuli palow - a lamb shank dish was a standout, and the squash bolani - a stuffed flatbread was out of this world. The owner was very friendly during dinner, only to be surpassed by what happened after our dinner. Upon leaving, our car would not start. The owner offered to jump start our car. When that did not work, he offered us a ride back to the house where we were staying ... which we gratefully accepted. On the way, while we were thanking him profusely, he indicated that this was not an imposition as he routinely gave rides to his workers. I was moved to tears with his generosity. The Afghan Awasana Kabob House stimulated my palate, satiated my appetite, and above all, nourished my soul with renewed faith in the kindness of humanity. A truly memorable evening that will not soon be forgotten.”

“SF East Bay (Fremont). So good and worth the price of $6 each since the donuts are dense and stuffed. Personally I wouldn't have been able to finish one donut on my own and hubby said even if he can, he would feel full after. We were going to share each donut anyway but the portion size is very shareable. All the flavors sounded good and we definitely had to practice self-restraint in just choosing 4! We were happy with all 4 flavors we got - the bestseller guava cheesecake, the trendy ube cream, Korean sweet rice cake-inspired Injeolmi and Vietnamese coffee which was $9 btw but still worth it! Highly recommend and we're definitely passing by again if we are in the area.”

“This is a very nice and convenient cafe to go to at Centerville Train Station. They serve American and Filipino food here. This is actually my second time coming here and noticed that they have Lamb Tocino, which is quite unheard and probably rarely eaten.The wait was long because there are some issues in the kitchen, but I’ll let that slide. The staff are friendly when people got here and are apologetic due to problems at the backend.I also like how the place is decorated trying to match the theme of trains and other transportations. It is small for a dining area, but it’s worth relaxing and coming here.”

Intrigued by their charming designs and innovative use of liquid nitrogen, we were eager to indulge. Our selections, the Cauldron and the Sea Salted Caramel, did not disappoint. While the sea salted caramel lacked a bit in both saltiness and caramel flavor, its texture was impeccable. However, it was the Cauldron, bearing the store's namesake, that stole the show. I have spent my life trying to find anywhere that does it even almost as good and nothing!!! No its not Costco cheap pizza but its not any more expensive than Round table or the like and the quality and balance is amazing. they have a huge variety from classics to combos that are wild but tried and true, truly something for everyone. and the atmosphere is like nothing else. “I've been here many times mostly for take out. I dined in a bit before 1 pm on Sunday and it's quite populated. We were seated at one of the remaining tables and got our food pretty quick after ordering.I love getting the pad kee mao here. Their spicy lamb chef special is really yummy too! I was not a fan of the Thai wings. The sauce is fine but it's not deep fried as stated on the menu. The soft shell crab with garlic noodles is fine but doesn't seem like it goes together. The crab tastes good and the noodles are okay. In my opinion, the crab meat fried noodles on the menu is a better item to order.There's so much on the menu that I haven't tried so I look forward to trying more.”

First of all, I was surprised by the amount of food, and the food was so delicious that I ate everything even though I was full. This is my third visit to this restaurant and I think I’ll be a regular customer. I‘m very happy with the service and I was charged just $35. Totally satisfied! Cost-effective restaurant!!”

“Stopped by for lunch at around 12:30 on a Wednesday. There was no wait. Water was provided extremely fast. Ordered the sushi regular: 7 piece Nigiri and 6 piece CA roll, and a miso soup. It was delicious. Some of the Nigiri had toppings including pickled wasabi and avocado. Everything tasted super fresh and each piece was plentiful. -No skimpy skinny fish pieces. Even the CA roll was good. Looking forward to coming back.”

Many handicap spots on the right.Kid-friendliness: Even with its "upscale" Italian restaurant decor, staff and table space is surprisingly kid friendly. Decent kid menu options too. A surprise of desert surgery almost a pudding with raisins. All for a out $13. I highly recommend this place.The 3 atmosphere rating is because I wanted to sit down and there are no seats or tables. “We are from Connecticut, and during a recent trip to the Bay Area, we had the extreme good fortune to try the Afghan Awasana Kabob House. Oh my ... what an experience! The food was superb … an epicurean delight, but also plentiful, and very reasonably priced. The qabuli palow - a lamb shank dish was a standout, and the squash bolani - a stuffed flatbread was out of this world. The owner was very friendly during dinner, only to be surpassed by what happened after our dinner. Upon leaving, our car would not start. The owner offered to jump start our car. When that did not work, he offered us a ride back to the house where we were staying ... which we gratefully accepted. On the way, while we were thanking him profusely, he indicated that this was not an imposition as he routinely gave rides to his workers. I was moved to tears with his generosity. The Afghan Awasana Kabob House stimulated my palate, satiated my appetite, and above all, nourished my soul with renewed faith in the kindness of humanity. A truly memorable evening that will not soon be forgotten.”

They are one of our favorite Indian restaurants, especially since they are pure vegetarian, so it was a no-brainer to have them cater my wedding events! Chaat Bhavan catered my mehendi night and wedding in Dec 2023 and as expected, the food was amazing! All my guests were so impressed and so happy with the selection and quality of the food. At both events, the food was served piping hot and presented so well. We ordered a wide range of dishes, from chaats to many curries and drinks/desserts and everything was perfect. Aside from the food, the team was great to work with throughout the planning process. They attended a walk-through of the venue with us and worked with the venue coordinator the ensure smooth execution day-of. Also, they accommodated a few different menu changes and were on top of sending revised quotes and answering questions.”

One with Pulav & the other with Biryani rice. Both were succulent & good! Apparently it will be a sit down restaurant down the road.
