“I am 65 years old. We had dinner at Humble Bird Saturday night. I have never, repeat, NEVER had chicken this good. Crisp, juicy (but not dripping like other places), no grease in sight. We got mild, but used the hot honey supplied and what a combination of flavors. We also got potato salad and slaw. Both great additions to an already wonderful meal. The staff was really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The place was spotless. I live north of Seattle, but would consider driving down just for more of their chicken...Well, and to visit my kids.“

“Found this on a search, the food off the truck was off the chain. From tacos with guacamole plus everything else to vampiro the taste was delicious & authentic. As we drove up we witnessed customers eating on their vehicles, so when in Rome do as the Romans. I haven’t eaten on a car since my teenage years, and there I stood at 60 being the old wild one of the bunch. Excellent food, a must try for both residents & travelers!!!“

“A hidden gem!! Ham and cheese cachapas for breakfast with Cafe Bombon. Even the black beans were unusually delicious. Where have you been all my life, Coffee for Breakfast??? We ate outside in the garden. Lovely and quiet. Attentive service. Will definitely be back to try the arepas and plantains. And will bring friends.“

“Must try if you are looking for delicious authentic birria. It's a cute-humble family owned establishment that serves very tasty dishes. My favorite was the consomé with tacos dorados. I do wish they had a spicier red sauce but overall was great. It hit the spot on a Sunday afternoon. I especially liked the fact I could dine-in instead of the typical food truck. “Oh man, what do I say about this place that other reviewers haven't said it already? Anyway, went to Cabo a couple weeks ago and the tour guide recommended a Mariscos restaurant right next to the beach. I thought nothing of it as I've been to many other type of restaurants here in LA. All restaurants are the same, blah blah. I was completely blown away by the aguachile and I knew I needed to find something similar here. I loved it at Cabo because, the shrimp was 'raw' marinated with lime but still 'raw' I tried Vallarta and it was a huge disappointment. One day doom scrolling on Yelp and I found this place. Couldn't wait, had to give it a try and I nearly cried. Whenever food tastes amazing, I always clap because I'm applauding the chef. I'm applauding the food and I couldn't clap this time because I didn't want to put down the food. I got the medium sized aguachile, a pescado taco and a camaron taco. The flavor in the shrimp taco was unbelievable. The batter was so soft yet, crispy and the cabbage with the dressing was spot on! Next time, I'm definitely ordering 2 of each. The fish taco was super flaky, seasoned. Amazing. The aguachile, I regret getting the medium, I should've went all the way to large. Extra large if I could. Don't get me wrong, the portions are huge. I'm by myself and I made the aguachile last for 3 days. I would've eaten it in one sitting but, I have jaw issues and I couldn't continue. The tostadas they provided was amazing. I'm said there was no avocado but, luckily I had some at home. Even tho the shrimp was raw, it was juicy and delicious. The service was amazing as well. Workers inside the truck were so nice, offered a chair under a tree because it was sprinkling lightly lol. Anyways, I'm gonna go back this week and next week cause I can't stop thinking about it. Take it from this gringo, this is some good stuff!!“

“The breakfast burritos are HUGE and SUPER tasty! We ordered a bacon burrito and a halal beef burrito. The bacon was smokey and cut thick, the halal beef was seasoned very well! Fluffy potatoes, excellent house sauce, they cook it fresh and it's worth the wait!“

“I came here with my family after a visit to universal and it was a hit! Something for everyone- I got the veggie burger with sweet potato fries... delicious!! The service was great. Kat found out it was my first time here and she took the time to explain the menu and even gave suggestions on the sauces that would pair well with my meal. She was kind, quick and friendly! Give Kat a raise! The place was located in a convenient location with a nice ambiance and the bathrooms were clean! Super important for a public establishment especially a food place. It is extremely unique in it's flavor profile. Also, apparently you can get extra sandwich sauce on the side which comes in a pretty large portion cup.We placed a to-go order at the register around 2:30p they are fairly busy & it took about 12 minutes for our food. They bake their sandwich bread inside what looks like a large brick type open oven as a pizza place would do. When you order a sandwich, your bread is pretty much baked to order as you watch. They're able to do this as the sandwiches use a flat bread style.You place your order at the register they give you a number and you can wait anywhere in the cafe where they will bring you your food regardless if it is for here to go.It appeared as though it was the manager who was filling the roll of expediter, inspecting, packing & running completed orders to guests.I have to hand it to the person that was handling this at 2:27pm 3/8/24. This gentleman was extremely friendly, gracious, professional, warm, welcoming & part of why I would come back sooner.Please, pass on to him how noticeable good he is at the things that he does.I left feeling like I had made a good decision to go there and I would like to come back. The guests in this location appeared well put together with a mix of middle and lower classes.My final comment is not one directed to this establishment itself. My only complaint, if you can call it a complaint, is the general cost of eating out. The final bill with two sandwiches, each coming with a small side salad automatically was a competitive $24 which is a tidbit too high for me. The cash register uses a system to ring you where you are automatically asked to accept or deny leaving a tip to which paying customers likely never appreciate.The location seemed steadily busy at 1:30 in the afternoon on a weekday but not so busy where it was uncomfortable or a noticeable wait for food. There is plenty of seating inside and out with umbrellas outside and a fenced-in patio which is across the street from a park. “Let me just say this has been such an amazing experience. Daurin is great! If you go ask for him. I had the New York Steak and eggs and I have had steaks for over $100 and it doesn't come close to this. I am in awe at the quality of food. I just gotta say if you are looking for a great place to eat this is 5 stars!!! And the service is amazing!!! I had the oreo pancakes, the pork chop off the Secret menu and everything here was great.
