I used to love their bagels, but this location is being so skimpy on their shmear. I am sure it is a location problem because I have been to the one in Santa Clara and they have kept their standard amount of Shmear. The same for years.
Perfect New York style bagels every single time. I’m from NYC and I personally know this is the closest you can get to NYC style bagels in California. Huge selection of food and sandwiches as well as their most delicious bagels. You can’t just eat one. Beautiful inside and out. So many tables and chairs to sit outside and enjoy your bagels. It’s very calm and peaceful here and it’s nice to enjoy the birds who are out and about in the trees. Super clean. Staff is nice....read full review

2nd time they don’t have the bagels i ordered. The guy tried to make me feel guilty for him, refunding my money because he says he’s losing money. I said no you’re not I’ve paid already and he’s like well. My tool will be short, but in the long run it’s the same freaking thing, never going back there.
