I've been eating Pho since the early 90's and have been to many Pho restaurants the thing is and, don't get me wrong the Pho restaurant here is delicious, but if your not consistent in the amount of meat in the soups, your going to start getting negative reviews now I can tell you that all of the Pho restaurants with the exception of couple that I've been going too seem to do the same thing with the amount of meat they put in you go in the afternoon you don't get as much if you'd gone at night. I'm sure I'm not the only one to notice that different shifts here are better than others shifts. The other thing I noticed is sometimes is the overall cleanliness is lacking specifically the floor. So it just that I want your restaurant to get back on track and be a successful restaurant that it's time that someone give you constructive criticism to motivate your staff to do their best so you won't loose customers.
