“A decorated literature themed bar with well-made drinks and decent food. Street parking on a Saturday night was easy. It's a good spot for a private party, but for a fun night out this place seemed quiet and empty otherwise.Not a cheap place to buy drinks, especially when charged $7 for Diet Coke, and another $7 for a refill. I assume it was a mistake, but it bemuses me to pay a cocktail price for soda.Parking: Street parking“

“The stunning interior decor really transports you straight to Paris with its elegant and chic design. The food is absolutely delicious, with every dish bursting with a creative twist! The fact that they are able to achieve gastronomy to a vegetarian/vegan level is quite impressive. I don't eat sea urchin, but they were able to adapt their "Perigord Truffle Chawanmushi, Uni & Trout Roe" dish and make it with mushrooms instead. Probably one of my favourite dishes on the menu! They also have an excellent selection of wine. Oh and this is the perfect spot for a super romantic evening, but totally see this as a spot where you can celebrate your birthday with a group of friends. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience a little slice of heaven! Dress chic!!“

“Farmhouse kitchen is the best Thai restaurant I’ve ever had. On top of the food being great and delicious, the presentation makes you want to order everything from the menu. Chef Bo was so nice to come out to our table and all I can say is she was a very nice, young & talented person. She even made me a special dessert for my birthday. Thanks Bo❤️ I highly recommend this place if you want an authentic, excellent and delicious food. In addition, the place is so full of life. The decor is amazing! I came here solely for the noodles made in collaboration with Keizo Shimamoto from Shimamoto Noodle Inc. They are really the star of the bowl. The tonkotsu gyokai broth was alright, but overall, this was one of the better tsukemen you can find in Socal imo.The Smoked Dashi Ramen, on the other hand, was quite weird. It starts off fine but the longer you take to eat it, the fishier the broth will get so get ready to slurp fast ?“

“The restaurant is located on the second floor of Nerano in Beverly Hills (you have to take an elevator up to the second floor through Nerano). This gives the spot kind of a fun speakeasy feel to it. When you get out of the elevator, you walk into a beautifully designed / decorated, cozy, albeit slightly quirky space. It's not large (I think the capacity is 34). Came here for a food event, which I did a review for separately, but this experience in particular was grabbing a drink at the bar. (I did think the food was delicious though and urge folks to come here and give this place a try. I know I want to come back and try more menu items.) The bar is beautifully designed and organized. I found myself perusing and mentally cataloguing the whiskeys as I always do when I go to new restaurants. But this place looked like a place that has fun cocktails. So I ordered The George Michael. The drinks here are really interactive, and the bartenders are super enthusiastic to the point that it's infectious. My drink in particular had some bowls that floated up and you had to catch it with a paddle. Flavor wise it was like espresso martini with a peanut butter twist to it. All in all this place is a great place to grab drinks and/or food. Lots of fun. There's a lot of street parking nearby, but it could get challenging especially during the weekends. I came in the middle of the week and was able to find parking about a block away.“
