Twice in the last few weeks we have had a horrible experience. It’s sad since we have always been a fan and have them on speed dial. The first pizza delivered was cold and LATE! I had to call and ask what happened and a few minutes later here it came. I had my grandson here so we ate it. I figured it was a one time blip. But today I called, ordered a pizza and salad for our evening with movie and pizza again with our grandson. Finally, I called and she said, yes it’s ready and waiting for you to pick up. I said it was to be delivered! She said it could go out with the next delivery in an hour! And there would be an extra charge! I said no I want a hot pizza and now, I had already waited an hour. I explained I had never picked up an order. It is the fun of the delivery the grandkids love. I cancelled and called Round Table. Steve’s service has diminished of late. Not sure what’s up. Sad! We will stick with Round Table.
