“We met some friends for dinner outside at Simply pizza at the Run Westy Run Food Truck Park. It’s awesome pizza! We ordered four different pizzas and they were all delicious. The kids ran around and played the outdoor games while while we listened to music and enjoyed our pizza. It was awesome! Highly recommend, but kinda want it to stay a hidden gem.“

“What a great truck!! You would never think this food is not only plenty but really good!! I have passed this truck many many times and never gave it a thought. One day my wife and I stopped by to check it out. Menu is basic, but can customize. We ordered the breakfast burrito. When we got it, it was like a 2 pound burrito!! Heavy with lots of flavor!! Needless to say, we were super full and super happy we stopped by.Our new favorite place!!“

“Our apartment complex offered breakfast burritos this morning from Lily's Cocina. I tried the steak burrito and potatoes and egg burrito. Both were tasty and pretty good size! Half a burrito was filling. Little spicy but I like that. Will definitely be back!“

“Wow! I can’t believe we didn’t know R&R tacos existed until today! This is honestly some of the best food I’ve had in Denver! We went and got brisket tacos and they were delicious! The owners Rick and Ryan genuinely love what they do…. Great BBQ. They have a fantastic BBQ sauces and Salsas that compliment the meats perfectly. They gave us a sample of their homemade sausage and wow, was it good with the Carolina BBQ sauce!! Can’t wait to go back!“

“I hesitated writing this review because I don’t want everyone else to discover this place and how incredible it is and overrun it ?. We just picked up our food maybe 10 minutes ago, and I’m currently in the midst of one of the best food experiences of my life. When I read the reviews I thought, “could this little taco truck really be THIS good?“ and now, if anything, I think the reviews were underselling it. Some of the best food I’ve ever had. Not just Mexican food or Denver food. Like all food. So much flavor, so perfectly prepared, reasonably priced. This is a new regular stop for us.“

“Absolutely tasty. I dropped by here because I was working across the street. Grabbed a carne asada burrito which came with a side of tomatillo sauce.While I waited (what had to be two minutes) I was given two barbacoa tacos to try. Both were great (the "red" meat tasted better to me).The burrito was significantly smaller than I would have imagined (maybe my only complaint). It comes with peppers and beans. I opted for no beans which might have contributed to its thinness. But it was still very tasty and only cost me $10.If I had anything to say, I would say to throw some white rice into the burrito to give it more substance. The taste was absolutely great and my mouth is still tingling from the heat after about 15 minutes.Other reviews mentioned the cleanliness of the truck... they weren't wrong. The truck was incredibly clean inside and out. Staff were very friendly. I'll be back even if I have to drive out of my way.“

“Love me some pierogi (is never pluralized as it already is) and this place does a good job with them. The dough is light and tasty. I like the potato and cheese however traditional would be made with a white farmers cheese vs cheddar. I like them though. The kraut and mushroom really lacked flavor. Kraut needs to be well rinsed and seasoned with pepper, and paprika this kraut was very sour tasting so had to add paprika and pepper to try to help them along. Other than their odd ball flavors they do I good job. Just wish they were the pierogi factory to be spelled correctly too“

“Absolutely delicious food, clean truck as well. It's in the parking lot of the Dubb's Pub next door, and you can actually order 'for here' at his truck and he'll bring it to you on a plate inside the pub! Guacamole and sour cream provided with my quesadilla for no extra charge. I had a campechana quesadilla (asada and chorizo) which was amazing.5 stars all around except that personally I found the pub to be too loud with no booths to sit at, only bar tables and stools. The pub staff was very friendly though, so again that's just my personal feeling about the bar, I was on my dinner break (tow truck driver) and one of the bartenders even gave me a hot rod themed calendar from the mechanic next door.“

“The Colorado Pig Rig catered a birthday party at our house and it was a smashing success! Great food, the servers were entertaining and just plain fun. We highly recommend them and the food was off the rails delicious! Highly recommended!!“
