Excellent food. So cozy and welcoming. The korokke were delicious!Vegetarian options: Not sure about the dashi, but there are a few vegetarian options such as vegetable tempura. I believe the korokke are also vegetarian.

Hidden at the back of the Sakura Square on 18th St. Reminds me of restaurants I grew on eating at back on Guam. The food was the closest to familiar flavors and comfort I've had since moving to CO. I brought my sister here while she was visiting and we both were happy with the nostalgia. We had the teriyaki chicken and chicken cutlet, both were better than the other Japanese restaurants I've been to here.
