“I first heard of Wellness Sushi when they sold their products at Nooch Market (RIP), but never had a chance to try it until last night. I loved everything I ordered, Krunchy Krab, Ohnagi Roll, and Love in the Edo. I can't wait to go back again!“

“We were looking for a simple, tasty dinner before a DCPA performance, and Hapa fit the bill. The service was prompt and attentive. Our edamame were delightfully plump and juicy. The Hapa rice beer is a nice complement to the nigiri, which was creatively garnished/seasoned. Dinner in an hour and a nice walk back to the theater!“

“Great patio space for nice days. We went on Sunday later in the afternoon and there were plenty of open tables. We enjoyed fresh fish and a flavorful roll. I drank an iced and my husband got the margarita. My only complaint was that the margarita seemed small due to the glass being filled up just halfway. The restaurant is in a fantastic area! Definitely recommend visiting to eat/drink.“

“This place is such a hidden gem! We got curry and the okoge gettsuri donburi. The sides are chosen for you and we were so happy. The food was amazing! Sit outside whenever possible. The service was great, it's not what most Americans are used to. They're straightforward but helpful and friendly. The menu is clear on no substitutions BUT do give you your choice of meat for most if not all dishes.I highly recommend coming here!“

“I haven’t been here since they changed the head chef, the sushi was incredible!! One of my best experiences in Denver. Even better or at least on par with sushi den and Matsuisha. Fresh, flavorful, delicious! I always love to sit at the sushi bar and this was the move here.Dietary restrictions: Allergic to nuts and they did a great job!“

“We have been coming here for over a few years now. They offer happy hour pricing everyday from 4-6pm except first Fridays of the month for the Santa Fe Art Walk. Always a good deal for consistently solid sushi. Friendly and attentive service. This is our go-to as far as daily family occasion sushi spot. Fish tastes fresh and a good rice to fish ratio in the rolls. Parking has been challenging at times as pretty much street parking only in the area. But this place is overall worth it!“

“So glad to have OTOTO back again after an extended closing. It is a great changeup to older siblings, Sushi Den & Izakaya. Service was outstanding. The space is a bit packed but can be cozy from the right angles. Very much recommend the miso eggplant, black cod, robata pork belly, and the chicken karage. ALL GREAT! Takoyaki and squid were just ok.“

“I see someone else called Mika Sushi 3 a hidden gem and I think that is the perfect description! I visited a few weeks ago and I find myself continuing to keep thinking about it so I had to write a review. I am usually a little skeptical of sushi places. The place is very unassuming and it far surpassed my expectations. The sushi was excellent, presentation was so fun, service was great and I loved the sake tini! Highly recommend this for a casual affordable yet excellent sushi experience. Will be back soon!“

“So glad to find this spot in Denver when traveling here. Came here with my two boys and everyone loved it. Sushi was really great and the ramen was outstanding as well. Tonkotsu broth tasted phenomenal and some of the best noodles I’ve ever had. Ramen egg was perfection. The only miss was the pork chasu, rather thin and chewy instead of a thick cut marinated melt in your mouth kind of pork belly. But I’d still get this ramen at least once a week if i lived close by, it’s authentic and superb. They even had a great Japanese IPA on hand. Thanks for the wonderful meal!“

“I am addicted to this place. I am in love with their Shoyu ramen with soft boiled egg and their vegetable tempura. There are many options for other ramen as well as other Japanese dishes and sushi. It's small but cozy. I just love it!“

“Went to grab an order for dinner. When I say this is THE BEST sushi I’ve had just moved to the area and this will be my go to spot! The fried sushi is TOP TIER ?Definitely Recommend! If you’re in a hurry I would advise a pick up order it was SUPER Packed and busy the night I went in. But that’s a good thing! However it was a little cramped for my taste but otherwise 5/5 ⭐️“

The suggestions made by Eric were fabulous and our entire experience was superb. Don't miss the soft-shell crab in any form or the wagu beef.“

“It has the most delicious Japanese food and most notably, great hospitality. If you're in Denver, this is the place to go for a delicious meal. Please call ahead for reservations. My friends rave about the food here. Don't forget to try the chocolate cake and pineapple flip cake. We will probably go back tonight because we loved it so much. I had the tofu steak and spicy garlic edema beans. Gyoza, paneo oysters, baby back ribs and teriyaki chicken. The sushi rolls were good too!“

“New spot open at 16th & Wewatta downtown -- and I'm always happy to have more sushi around! It's hard with competition like Blue Sushi Sake Grill just a few blocks away -- but here's how I think they stack up. I wish there were more fish/sashimi items on happy hour here (not just the tower and the basic rolls) -- but I also really like the quality of the fish here and availability of things like toro (tuna belly) and yellowtail belly -- neither of which Blue Sushi has. The chef's choice sashimi is a little pricy at $50, but the mega lobster roll is totally worth the $36 if you consider the entire lobster tail inside. Some deets and prices below... LUNCH - Mon-Fri 11am-2pm DINNER - Sun-Thu 4-10pm / Fri & Sat 4-11pm HAPPY HOUR is daily 4-6pm and includes $3 off signature cocktails, $5 hot or cold house sake, $5 Japanese draft beers, $5 house wine, 12 sushi towers (salmon and/or tuna), $5-12 hot bites, and 2 basic rolls for $18. Lunch specials include a sashimi lunch ($25), nigiri & roll combo ($20), sashimi & nigiri combo ($25), poke bowl ($22), spicy chicken or teriyaki bowl ($20), beef bulgogi bowl ($20), and chirashi bowl ($25). Some of my favorite bites I had here: yellowtail sashimi ($20), chef's choice sashimi ($50), and mega lobster roll ($36, but that's with a whole lobster tail in there). You also can't go wrong ordering your favorite sushi/sashimi a la carte -- and I highly recommend the toro (tuna belly) and yellowtail belly! Those aren't cuts everyone carries. Tasty non-fish items are also available, like the kobe hot rock ($30) and wagyu roll (seared table-side, $36).“

“Sushi is good. Service is great. Parking is plenty. We ordered a few sushi rolls (B1, 29th, Bronco) and Otoro. I ordered the Otoro based on a review. It was buttery and fresh. We opted to sit at the bar and watch the sushi preparation. We're glad Blue Fin is close to home.“

“The sashimi was delicious but the rest of the dishes that we ordered weren’t all that interesting or well executed.Lighting and aesthetic are well done however the restaurant as a whole simply feels like a place to see and be seen. Bumping house music on a Tuesday... personally not my vibe. For the price and atmosphere I would like a higher level of service and knowledge of the menu from my server. I am a big dessert person, but unfortunately none of the dessert options were all that intriguing and the one we had felt like a total afterthought.. it simply wasn't well done.Overall delicious sashimi, but I wouldn't rush back.“

“We've been coming to Go Fish for years. We always enjoy our meal (especially the spicy edamame and Fantasy roll and Mango Madness rolls). Today we came in for our birthdays. We didn't mention it but when we ordered tequila shots, our server Lane asked for our IDs. She noticed it was my partner's birthday today and mine a few days ago. She made sure our meal was extra special and even brought out a slice of cake with two candles. She was the absolute sweetest! We are never disappointed any time we come here. Thanks for making our birthdays just that much sweeter“

“Hidden at the back of the Sakura Square on 18th St. Reminds me of restaurants I grew on eating at back on Guam. The food was the closest to familiar flavors and comfort I've had since moving to CO. I brought my sister here while she was visiting and we both were happy with the nostalgia. We had the teriyaki chicken and chicken cutlet, both were better than the other Japanese restaurants I've been to here.“

“Cute spot on the smaller side. There’s a sushi bar where you can see the staff at work. I used to live next door and boy way I spoiled. Still my preferred sushi in the area despite being ~20 mins away now.I get takeout both in person and delivery. Everything is always packaged so considerately. They include dividers and place hot food on the top - heat rises!I’ve tried a number of special rolls. The simple rolls are delicious as well. Fish always tastes fresh not fishy. Love the tempura veggies!Would highly recommend!Parking: Busy spot but it’s not hard to pull up for takeout. Parking for sit down may not be super close, but it’s residential so you’ll likely find something just may have to walk a bit. Much harder on weekend nights.“

“I grew up in Seattle and Seattle has amazing teriyaki. If you’ve been there you know. I’ve never been able to find anything like it outside of the Seattle area. Then I came here. It’s the closest thing to Seattle teriyaki that I’ve ever found outside of Seattle. I got the spicy chicken and gyoza. The food was delicious. My only complaint would be they don’t give you a lot of meat and they didn’t give a gyoza sauce to go with the gyoza. The service was fast and friendly. The decorations were fine. Prices were good (about 13 dollars for what I got no drink).“

“The food was wonderful! The fish tastes very fresh, and I loved the Broncos Roll and the nigiri ?The front doors are large gray doors with paper signs saying entrance ? but the inside atmosphere is very cute. “My BFF & I have been looking for a new sushi spot after Namiko's in Arvada closed. I think we found it! All the food we ordered came out pretty quickly, was fresh and beautifully plated. The restaurant itself is beautiful & clean. I definitely recommend stopping in.Parking: It's on a small strip of local shops, breweries & restaurants so you have to park usually a block away.Kid-friendliness: We brought a 3 year old. No kids menu but you may be able to find something they like as long as you don't have a picky eater. They also have highchairs (assuming) and booster seats (100% can confirm).“

“Was craving some sushi for a late lunch but I ended up having their seafood ramen which was divine! ? Their takoyaki was piping hot as well. My only disappointment is the portion size of the takoyaki. But nevertheless, I had a wonderful experience here and the best ramen I had tasted! I plan on visiting again soon for more takoyaki and their sushi rolls. And perhaps try some sake as well! ???“

“Came in when it was kinda busy dinner time, but luckily got seated almost instantly. We ordered tonkotsu and the spicy tonkotsu ramen, and the takoyaki. The ramen was pretty basic, nothing to write about but both our soups were kinda on the salty side, had to drink lots of water in order to finish the bowl.Takoyaki was undercooked and very soft and soggy, kinda bland, we dipped them in our soups to get more flavor out of them.1 server for the whole restaurant (kinda small place so it's fine). And service was great. Friendly waitress, fast to bring our orders.I wouldn't come back because I've already been to other ramen places in Denver that are better and closer to where we live, but I don't hate the place. Come here if you are close by and want to grab a quick ramen bowl.“

“We love Kobe An and have been patrons going back 30 years since they were in Lakewood. Marco has done an amazing job with the new -er location and his staff is well trained. His newer sushi chefs are doing a fantastic job which leaves him free to focus more on the front of the house. We told him tonight that the sushi is the best it’s been in the 30 years we’ve been going to his restaurants. The hamachi and mussels were outstanding, as were the rolls and cocktails. The new Kobe An is the real deal.“

“We walked in without a reservation on a Sunday and waited at most 10 minutes to sit at the bar. I noticed a group of people who had been waiting a bit were offered complementary drinks. When we got to our seats, the bartender took us through the menu. My partner is vegan and there was a separate vegan/vegetarian menu. Our first bite was a simple avocado sashimi. So simple yet the flavors were so complex and delicious. We ordered about one of everything on the vegetarian menu and were not disappointed. The vegan dessert was a chocolate mousse bar with oat cookie crumble and tahini ice cream. Super delicious. Overall an ambient vibe with a crowd pleasing variety and excellent service.“
