Ice Cream Shops near Edgewater

“Quick pre review thought, I have not had the NZ style ice cream, didnt even know what it was and I'm a huge soft serve fan so in a future visit I plan on trying it.Actual review....so I've been here several times, a few by myself and a time or two with my kiddos. Me and my kiddos make special trips just to go to different Colorado ice cream shops. Happy Cones offers some great options on flavors. The creaminess really shines and the fruit based ones give you a really fresh fruit flavor. The chocolate brownie has chunks of brownie in it that are crazy good. Have you ever had brownie ice cream that's good but, you get to a brownie piece and you think, dang the brownie isn't that great? It's the opposite here, I actually thought about going in and asking if they sold separate brownies. Ok so here's my final take. And I apologize if I'm going on a long review rant, lol....so I'm a foodie, one of the ways I judge things is by getting something simple and traditionally not considered the stand out option by which to judge. Like pizza, I get basic cheese, if I'm blown away, I know other options are going to be spectacular. So here I get the Sweet Cream ice cream. It is like being wrapped in a beautiful sweet cloud of cream that makes you close your eyes and sigh.Cheers to you fine people at Happy Cones.Kid-friendliness: My kiddos love their ice cream.“

“Typical crumbl spot. The exception is they were very fast service which is great. Has to have been over 18 months since I last had crumbl, but they are a great occasional treat.These cookies are super large and very very sweet typicallyI really liked the cupcake cookie. I actually like it so much because it’s much less sweet than your typical crumbl fare.If I’m ever in the mood again, I’ll be back to this one!“

“This place is great!! I've been here multiple times and the I've cream is always amazing!! I would personally recommend the Caramel Sea Salt ice cream, it's not too salty and it's the perfect amount of creamy!! “A friend told me to check this place out and that it was dog friendly. It is named after a cute French Bulldog, but she wasn’t there when I visited. The ice cream shops shares a space with Devil’s Cup Coffee.It was pretty quiet when I was there, but my mint chocolate chip flavor was very good. Easy street parking.“

“I've been to a few local Crumbl's and this is, by far, the best location. The staff is friendly and efficient. My online orders are always promptly made. I drive out of my way to come here over the other locations. I came opening day and will continue visiting. The owners must be doing a phenomenal job to keep the standards set so high from day one!“

“Lovely service and lovely coffee! Picked up two coffees for a much needed boost at a nearby hospital. The barista was amazing and whipped up a delicious mocha and latte. Their coffee has amazing flavor. We also got a lovely cinnamon roll which was a nice texture and the frosting and cinnamon were nicely balanced. I will be back if I am in the area. Also love their motto :)“

“Stopped by this week to try out the Tanghulu but unfortunately it was not being sold yet until Saturday and that the video we've all been seeing was poster early per the cashier. At first I was a little bummed because the tanhulu looks super good but it's okay! Instead I ordered the strawberry sago , spicy wings and a lemon tea. Everything was super good! I loved the seasoning and crunch of the wings will def be getting them again. The strawberry sago was a good snack and refreshing you can say. Will def be coming back hopefully soon to try the tanghulu though! :)“

“We love this place. Our son is dairy intolerant so there aren’t many places he can get a treat. We popped in today so he could get a milkshake after lunch. The server was so nice! We had lovely chit chat with her. She even gave me another taste of the Heaven I’ve cream when mine slipped off the spoon into the floor. I would highly recommend the avacado, if you can believe that??!!! It was delightful! If I hadn’t been so full from lunch I def would have jumped on that! The ship is always so clean and bright and just so pleasant to visit.“

“Em's has at least a dozen tasty and unique flavors, right in the Park Hill neighborhood. They have a cheerful and tidy indoor space, and a patio with several picnic tables, just across the street from a pocket park for the kiddos. One of my neighbors had Em's ice cream truck at their son's birthday party and shared with the whole block--so lucky! The staff for that event and those in the shop on Fairfax added personable and friendly service to the delicious product --10 out of 10!“

“Awesome local quick bite to eat. Warm, tasty, filling. I got the Joey which was essentially a meatball marinara sort of pasty, looking forward to trying the Shepard next time. Staff was convivial even at the end of the day, gave me free coffee because it was near close and they were going to throw it away anyways. “I will never say no to a gelato/ice cream spot, especially during a hot weekend in Denver! I am a sorbet type person, so I loved they had a dairy free fruity option which was strawberry. I thought the flavor was very good and not as creamy as a typical ice cream, which I thought was exactly what I was looking for. If you're shopping around the 16th Street Mall area and looking for a sweet treat to cool down, I would recommend Gelato Boy.“

I could easily stop here twice in a day - boba tea in the afternoon and ice cream in the evening to avoid the line at Magills. Location is in a small strip mall near the entrance of a neighborhood- don't let the exterior fool you. The interior is beautiful and clean.“

“These guys make there own ice cream bars and it's fantastico. I highly recommend it. That said I have some business advice for the owners to help them grow.1. Put up a sign you can see from the parking lot.2. Increase your visibility on google. I didn't find your shop until I searched for ice cream. Your place doesn't appear when I'm browsing regularly. I know it sucks but you need Google.3. Make an English menu alongside your regular menu for inclusivity. A lot more Americans and tourists coming here speak English than they do Spanish and there's a huge market here for catering to English only speakers.“
