A good old fashion 100% beef hot dog did just that which was loaded with relish, mustard and cheese. The ice cold strawberry slush was also delicious and the price point cheap. My order was taken within minutes and delivered correctly in five. The in-take person was very efficient and pleasant which made my order worth the time!“

I drive out of my way to come here over the other locations. I came opening day and will continue visiting. The owners must be doing a phenomenal job to keep the standards set so high from day one!“

“A friend told me to check this place out and that it was dog friendly. It is named after a cute French Bulldog, but she wasn’t there when I visited. The ice cream shops shares a space with Devil’s Cup Coffee.It was pretty quiet when I was there, but my mint chocolate chip flavor was very good. Easy street parking.“

“Lovely service and lovely coffee! Picked up two coffees for a much needed boost at a nearby hospital. The barista was amazing and whipped up a delicious mocha and latte. Their coffee has amazing flavor. We also got a lovely cinnamon roll which was a nice texture and the frosting and cinnamon were nicely balanced. I will be back if I am in the area. Although I try not to think about how much sugar & butter goes into each cookie, I always end up getting at least 2 cookies when I just go in for 1 because all their flavors are so unique and fun!What inspired me to write a review is that I stopped in today (5/20/24), and their internet was down, so they could only accept cash and online orders. “We love this place. Our son is dairy intolerant so there aren’t many places he can get a treat. We popped in today so he could get a milkshake after lunch. The server was so nice! We had lovely chit chat with her. She even gave me another taste of the Heaven I’ve cream when mine slipped off the spoon into the floor. “Em's has at least a dozen tasty and unique flavors, right in the Park Hill neighborhood. They have a cheerful and tidy indoor space, and a patio with several picnic tables, just across the street from a pocket park for the kiddos. One of my neighbors had Em's ice cream truck at their son's birthday party and shared with the whole block--so lucky! The staff for that event and those in the shop on Fairfax added personable and friendly service to the delicious product --10 out of 10!“

“My daughter ordered a dozen cookies for my husband’s birthday! She ordered 4 milk chocolate chip and the rest assorted. She had them deliver the dozen cookies to our house. She texted my husband once the driver arrived and said answer your door! The delivery guy said I’m supposed to say happy birthday from your daughter and happy birthday from me too! We had never heard of Crumbl cookies before but the cookies are Giant and Delicious! The service was Awesome and we appreciate the kindness delivered to our door!“

“This was our first time going. The ice cream was very good, but the two chocolate covered waffle cones fell apart and we needed to get cups to hold the ice cream.The kids really enjoyed coming. They have a coin (quarter) operated horse ride for the kids.I didn't realize the cones can be replaced if falling apart. I didn't mention it to the staff. Now I know for next time. ?“

Put up a sign you can see from the parking lot.2. Increase your visibility on google. I didn't find your shop until I searched for ice cream. Your place doesn't appear when I'm browsing regularly. I know it sucks but you need Google.3. Make an English menu alongside your regular menu for inclusivity. A lot more Americans and tourists coming here speak English than they do Spanish and there's a huge market here for catering to English only speakers.“
