“The GM at the store Jacob is the most friendly guy I've encountered in a long time. He was simply amazing he went above and beyond and this is the guy who you want to be the face of the store I understand why he is a GM after just a quick encounter with him. His employees alondra, Hector, dulce we're busy at work and their communication is probably the reason for the success in getting orders out so quickly but whatever these guys are doing can you make the store run so well if Jacob and the rest of these guys. If someone incorporate is reading this I would strongly recommend doing something to show your appreciation to these employees in order to avoid burnout because we're not only comes when compensation doesn't match effort in the effort that they are putting in certainly deserves. This was a wonderful experience and I will be a lifelong customer and will recommend this specific location to all my friends and family. Good job guys. Very impressive and well run.“

“A friend told me to check this place out and that it was dog friendly. It is named after a cute French Bulldog, but she wasn’t there when I visited. The ice cream shops shares a space with Devil’s Cup Coffee.It was pretty quiet when I was there, but my mint chocolate chip flavor was very good. Easy street parking.“

“Lovely service and lovely coffee! Picked up two coffees for a much needed boost at a nearby hospital. The barista was amazing and whipped up a delicious mocha and latte. Their coffee has amazing flavor. We also got a lovely cinnamon roll which was a nice texture and the frosting and cinnamon were nicely balanced. I will be back if I am in the area. The creaminess really shines and the fruit based ones give you a really fresh fruit flavor. The chocolate brownie has chunks of brownie in it that are crazy good. Have you ever had brownie ice cream that's good but, you get to a brownie piece and you think, dang the brownie isn't that great? It's the opposite here, I actually thought about going in and asking if they sold separate brownies. Ok so here's my final take. And I apologize if I'm going on a long review rant, lol....so I'm a foodie, one of the ways I judge things is by getting something simple and traditionally not considered the stand out option by which to judge. “Stopped by this week to try out the Tanghulu but unfortunately it was not being sold yet until Saturday and that the video we've all been seeing was poster early per the cashier. At first I was a little bummed because the tanhulu looks super good but it's okay! Instead I ordered the strawberry sago , spicy wings and a lemon tea. Everything was super good! I loved the seasoning and crunch of the wings will def be getting them again. The strawberry sago was a good snack and refreshing you can say. “Em's has at least a dozen tasty and unique flavors, right in the Park Hill neighborhood. They have a cheerful and tidy indoor space, and a patio with several picnic tables, just across the street from a pocket park for the kiddos. One of my neighbors had Em's ice cream truck at their son's birthday party and shared with the whole block--so lucky! The staff for that event and those in the shop on Fairfax added personable and friendly service to the delicious product --10 out of 10!“

“We love this place. Our son is dairy intolerant so there aren’t many places he can get a treat. We popped in today so he could get a milkshake after lunch. The server was so nice! We had lovely chit chat with her. She even gave me another taste of the Heaven I’ve cream when mine slipped off the spoon into the floor. I could easily stop here twice in a day - boba tea in the afternoon and ice cream in the evening to avoid the line at Magills.
