“I absolutely love Utepils Brewing! Conveniently located outside of downtown Minneapolis, this taproom is easy to get to from anywhere in the cities. This brewery features a massive seating area with pool table and shuffleboard table. There is also a huge outdoor seating area nestled in a wooded area. It's awesome. The beer is fantastic. Lots of pilsners on tap all the time. Everything is well executed and clean drinking. You will also find some hoppier and maltier selections if that's your thing. Utepils also has some killer swag sure to make you look and feel great. As far as service - all the beertenders are awesome. Super friendly and knowledgeable about the beer. Jess is my FAVORITE! She's great. Definitely one of the better taprooms in the cities. Check them out!“

“I rented the Empire Room for my dads surprise birthday party and it was PERFECT. The space was beautiful and clean. Grace was great to work with start to finish. Everything was super seamless in terms of questions, billing, contract, etc. We did drink tickets and had the tap available right in the room. It was great and I would definitely recommend for you events!“

“The beer can be hit or miss in my experience, for the cost especially if can be disappointing... Usually it's at least decent but have had a few beers that have made me just want a macro instead. Happy to have them here though, what a location and bike friendliness is so appreciated. Always worth supporting.“

“Stopped by here with a friend for a couple drinks. Hadn't been here yet. Located in the industrial area of SLP, there was parking in the lot and it was already pretty busy at 5 PM on a Friday. We sat at the bar. Its a clean and lively place with a jovial atmosphere. The staff was super friendly and helpful in recommending beers based on your tastes and preferences. You could tell they get a bunch of regulars and they had a really good amount of people that stopped by to pick up and restock. Started off with the Czech Pils. Had their sour (Sissel) next. Wanted to try their EBS (Extra Bitter Special). It was yummy so got that to end our evening at Steel Tow Brewing. All the beers were great. Very tasty. The ESB was so good that I had to get some to go for home. Like other breweries in town, there isn't a kitchen and you can't really get any food other than some bar snacks. They did have a food truck outside that you could pick up stuff from and bring it in if you so desire. We had a fun time with the delicious beers and will be back to try some of the others“

“The only place I have found for miles around that offers malty tasty beers, like stout and porters. Their coconut porter was awesome. Their Ghost Ship offering is just as good. Service is good, and taking home a growler full of their tasty brew is my style.“

“My mother and I went for late lunch on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. I must be old fashioned I was looking for a menu. It didn't take us long to figure out the online menu and ordering. You scan the QR code unique for each table. I had the Fat Mikes pizza (pepperoni, sausage, roasted mushrooms). It was amazing. It was very close to the best pizza I have ever had. My Mom had the burger with the chow chow pickles. Love the pickles! The Nouvelle Fries are the best fries I have ever eaten. Crispy on the outside, yummy on the inside. Thanks for a great meal.We went again with 17 people and they didn't miss a beat. The pork nugs were amazing. They have beer and cocktails. The Fruit Gusher was my favorite.“

“Easily the best brewery in the Twin Cities (and surrounding areas). The (huge!) beer selection is unique and super flavorful. Lori is so friendly and has concocted some amazing beers. Beer connoisseurs must visit here. Ambience is also uniquely medieval. My top choice of breweries to visit in the Twin Cities Metro.“

“I'm surprised by the 4.2 Stars and after reading some of the negative reviews, perhaps we just got really lucky, because I thought everything was excellent!! My aunt, cousin and I went during Winter Restaurant Week (I know, a little late in my review) and we ordered different entrees from the prefix menu andevery dish was so so good! My aunt loved her fish tacos, my cousin loved her vegan bowl and my chicken and fries entree was so bomb!! My chicken was tender and moist and my fries crunchy! We sat by the window with an incredible view of the lake. The desserts were to die for and my beer flight was tasty! Mind you I'm writing this from memory from 2 months ago and can still remember how delicious everything was. My mouth is watering right now as I write this review. Oh, the manager or owner stopped by our table to say hello so we thought that was nice. :)“
