I had an incredible dinner with my husband for my birthday on Friday night. We don’t often rave about a restaurant and BOTH of us absolutely loved everything about Proper. Service, food, decor, speed, lighting....5 stars keep it up!! By the way we ate early and will do this again.
The first time I walked into this restaurant I had the best steak of my life. The waitstaff was exceptional and really added to the experience, It wasn’t just someone taking your order, it was someone passionate about the food, where it came from, and the community. I have never before asked for the owner or manager to praise a restaurant before but I did this time. The second time I came in I had the second best steak of my life. Again, the service was exceptional. If I could eat here more often, I would. It is an amazing all around dining experience. Wish Greenville Proper was in the works.

We love this place. One of the best steaks in town. Sides are amazing and don’t even get me started on deserts. Staff is wonderful and sweet. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
