Understand when you go here that you are paying for the location. The patio on the corner of a very colorful part of town is a great place to people watch. Service was fine - nothing exceptional - but the food was disappointing in both taste and presentation. Menu prices are set at a point where the expectation is something of higher quality, but my daughter's chicken tenders & fries were much better than both my prime rib and my wife's salmon. This restaurant is located right in the heart of Downtown Asheville, and I've been wanting to check it out for some time now... I made RSVP for 2 at 6 pm on a Saturday night...and it turned out that I really didn't need to, as the place was only a quarter full. The place was very spacious...and was appealing aesthetically. 3rd visit but the first time we sat in the dinning room versus the bar and not brunch. Nice simple menu, interesting wine list, service acceptable albeit a bit slow but it was very busy. We will return.
