“I don't think I've ever had something from JDs that I didn't like. The food is always fresh and delicious. We've used them for catering also and I was impressed with their pricing and options. Tables are always full and staff is always friendly. Quality is consistent. My favorite is constantly changing but my family loves the BLK and the patsy.“

“An awesome super friendly place to come. Welcomes everyone. Very unique place. The grill has a Caribbean flare, with curried onion burgers and stewed chicken. They make their rum punches on site and they're refreshing and taste authentic. They have many events and lots of live music. The bar is ridiculously clean. Can't really go wrong here, whether you're flying solo or running with friends. Can even bring kids earlier in the night.If you like cheese steak get the J*** cheese steak! “We were staying at the Marriott hotel for a wedding and decided to come here for lunch between 4 and 5:30 PM. Every single person that was working that shift needs to get a raise! We had several people come up to us and ask us if we needed anything. They didn't just bring our food over but napkins. You tentales, for the kids. They were so attentive and the sweetest people. We have ever met. We wish we lived close. We would dine here every day.“

“The food here is excellent! I love when a chef has seasonal menus. We arrived the first night of their ‘Spring menu” and it was amazing. I had the crab cake appetizer and the scallops for my entree. The favorite thing I tried all night was the fried artichoke and calamari dish - omg a must try! My aunt had the cod for her entree which she loved. The portions are on the bigger side. The hostess, the staff, and Chef were all so friendly and welcoming!“

“We have been remiss and not reviewing Robert scratch Kitchen sooner. This was our fourth visit and we've had four outstanding meals. The service is excellent, and the staff is friendly and efficient. Robert personally attends to his guests to ensure everything is going well. Now that I know the extreme political views of those in charge, I won't be spending any more of my money there. Nor will I recommend the Lakeside Diner any more. “I have been a customer for a few years and I can honestly say the people I have encountered there are very friendly and warm. The service by the bartenders and waitresses is exemplary and timely. The food selection is always evolving with weekly specials and great prices. Their regular menu items are delicious and varied and prepared by a great cook and professional kitchen staff. When the outside bar and tables are opened up it just adds to the complete package of a destination you and your family will always enjoy to visit.“

He cared for my family like it was his own. The food was always hot and timely. The drinks were always flowing. I couldn’t ask for better service. A big shout out to the chief. “Best lunch spot in Mahwah, hands down. Huge menu with so many options. The overstuffed heroes and wraps are delicious and definitely our office favorites. The Stephnado is a must-try, at least once. The cheesesteak wrap, chicken caesar wrap, and Italian combo wraps are our regulars. I love the atmosphere - you can sit and eat at the counter, they always have Friends playing on the TV, and the staff are funny and personable. Salads are also great and orders are always packed well and correctly, and usually ready in 15-20 minutes, even for an office of 10 people.“

There’s a bearded guy, that runs a tight ship in here - he and the team are hard workers, fast and efficient, and friendly. Small space with cute decor and a couple tabletops inside to sit and enjoy. For the wintertime chills, I’d love to see some kind of half wall or barrier go up to keep it warm inside when the door is open. All the food is great, but I recommend trying the cheesesteak - so good, it gives the best spot in Philly a run for their money. If you love their shop in SO, you’ll love this one too. I like to support small owned businesses because usually you receive good quality service and that’s what I encountered when coming in this morning. I had the bacon egg and cheese on a roll and a coffee. The sandwich was delicious, and the coffee was just that. Coffee. If you’re in a rush first thing in the morning be sure to give yourself time because they take they’re time to prep the food but in a good way overall I was satisfied and will be back again.“

“Just had a great meal at Country Cottage. Steamed clams were done to perfection with a broth that begged to be eaten with the fresh crusty bread brought to our table. The lamb chops came out medium rare as requested and the eggplant rollatini was served on a bed of fresh spinach with mushrooms and garlic since I had opted not to have pasta. Our waitress was very attentive and provided great service. I was concerned about noise level since the bar had been expanded but it was not an issue at all.
