“First time here and everything was great. Friendly, timely service. Nice ambience - background music was just at the right level and not loud so conversation was easy. Sat by the window for a nice view of the grounds. Bonus was it happened to be restaurant week which i didn't realize when I made the reservation. Food was delicious and plated nicely. Prices were reasonable, quality food. Great time and definitely returning. I imagine it's probably more busy in the evenings, weekends, nicer weather. There are regular, high top tables and bar seating. Reservations recommended. Really no complaints“

“I moved to New Fairfield 1 minute away from Zegarellis. The very first time I went there they had HUGE gourmet slices of pizza In the display case and amazing desserts as well. They have one of the most authentic NY style pizzas I’ve had. Big Mac pizza is incredible as well as lasagna, chicken Marsala, chicken bacon ranch, carbonara pizza, etc. the rest of the menu is spot on. We eat there 1-2 a week lol can’t seem to get enough!! A hidden gem of a restaurant on Fairfield Drive, you will not be disappointed if you go.“

“A group of 4 for a casual family dinner. Beautiful place with tables spaced to allow for conversation. Opened with appetizers like calamari and salads. We had burgers and they were cooked as ordered. Help was pleasant and well trained. Had the apple tart with ice cream for desert.“

“Awesome date night spot with amazing food and super lively vibe. Cool bar scene and main dining area has a fireplace. Our group shared a bunch of appetizers and starters (oysters and lobster cocktail). The Clam Chowder was great and refreshingly had an appropriate portion of clams. The Big Eye Tuna, which also has spicy shrimp over vegetable fried rice was incredible and cooked perfectly. No question I'll be back. Highly recommend.“

“Amazing food, and service. Chef Fortunato makes such amazing dishes I can’t even fathom how delicious those dishes were. Zuppa de Pesce was so delicious, chicken francese so good and the chicken practically melted in my mouth. Everything overall was cooked to perfection. Lastly Rigo was amazing in serving us and making sure we had the most best first experience possible. Will be coming here a lot more!!“

“Went for my b'day the other day because I saw it was new & I called & they said they had indoor seating. We got there & it was a typical take out w/2 tables. I complained & the guy was extremely apologetic, so we decided to do take out because the reviews were excellent. The food was delicious! We got awesome bang bang shrimp for appetizers. My husband got chicken w/snow peas & I got Kung Pao shrimp. All were fresh & amazing!We were pleasantly surprised that the guy comped us w/creamy crab rangoons & wrote Happy Birthday on the box!Love that it's a woman-owned restaurant too. We'll definitely come back & I'm letting my friends know to go!“

“What a pleasant experience I had dining here on a Monday night. As I walked in I was delighted to hear softly playing soul music in the background and was immediately greeted by a friendly host. Luckily I was able to request and receive a booth to set at as they were not very busy. I noticed that the inside was well kept and clean. My server was very friendly and did not in any way attempt to rush me through my solo dining adventure (a theme does happen often at other establishments). The cheddar bar biscuits were served hot and fresh and brought to me upon arrival. I was slightly disappointed to see honey siracha as a flavor option for the crab legs; however, the flavor was unavailable. Nonetheless I ordered garlic butter snow crab legs and was not disappointed. The food was wonderful and did not take very long to come out. Overall a fantastic experience and would recommend this location to others seeking a quiet, laid back, dinner option. Great work guys!“

“Reliable delicious Italian food. Always fresh and perfectly prepared. Classic New York style Italian, they have every dish and excellent pizza.I have been going to Dante's for over thirty years. The prices are reasonable. Josephine runs a classic NY style comfortable trattoria with an on-time takeout counter that seems to always be staffed by pleasant hard working young people.Get some when you are hungry!!“

“We were brought here by shuttle service from our hotel, Ethan Allen. The driver recommended this restaurant. The salad which is included is really good, lettuce is crisp and fresh and all the add ones are delicious. My husband had the onion soup and steak. I had scallops on a risotto, so good. On top of that the service is wonderful.“
