Okay, so i was coming home from work and i wanted to get some food before i go home so i called and they didn’t pick up the phone at all. I called 5 times and not once did they answer their calls. When i went there i had asked why didn’t you guys pick up the calls and they responded with, “ oh we are super busy so we didn’t pick up” that’s not how a business is ran. Second, when i asked whats a ultimate burger they didn’t know what is is? Wow okay. Food is good but in this business customer service is key as well. So please pick it up . Thank you.
