“Delicious tea - not too sweet even at the regular sugar amount. There’s options to adjust sugar and ice levels. Lots of flavors offered and a generous amount of bubbles.The store has a variety of East Asian snacks as well, ranging from candy and noodles to sauce.The staff member was very friendly also. “Came in last night around 7:30pm. The girl taking my order seem like she didn’t want to be there and not the friendliest. I was a bit intimated and shy to order more as she seemed annoyed the more the I ordered. The girl bringing my food out was lovely! Made sure I was satisfied with my food, and named every dish as it came out & overall very upbeat. I didn’t grab her name but she & beef noodle made my experience lovely!!“

“Visit #2: The wait is still long on the weekends so it seems like the quality of their drinks is still good! This time I went with the mango grapefruit sago and I liked it. Then again what's not to like about a drink that's inspired by one of the best summer desserts, mango pomelo sago. I liked that they provide a bag and cup holders for 2 drinks or more.Visit #1: This place was super crowded on the weekend. The wait was at least 30 minutes but they had a TV screen where you could check if your order was ready or not. They have multiple ways to order which is probably why they were so busy. You can order at the counter, via their app or Wechat. There were a lot of staff working nonstop to push out the orders though.I tried the non-slushy version of the grape boom tea and it was so refreshing. The tea flavor was light but there was also a hint of grape flavor too. I really enjoyed the jelly that was added to the drink. If it wasn't so expensive, I would definitely get this on a weekly or daily basis. Next time, I think I'll try their other bestseller, the mango grapefruit sago.“

“came here via a promotion…weather is warming up in NYC and Tea and Milk's refreshing menu of chilled teas + milk teas is a great way to stave that off. this Tea & Milk is in the Pearl River Mart which is in the lower level of Chelsea Market. the small order counter is super clean, colorful, and bright...ordering was a breeze as the menu is divided into "Concept" drinks as well "Traditional" ones. pick your drink size, sweetness level (by percentage), amount of ice, and add-on toppings/pairings--went with Large Strawberry Rose w/ 100% sweetness & 50% ice plus Boba (tapioca balls). it was so freaking good--the drink was the right amount of sweetness as the black tea flavor and the strawberry puree in the drink mix as the ed. the drink really was cold and refreshing. the strawberry flavor had that natural juicy acidic balance which again paired nicely with the tea. the boba adds that chewy texture to the drink which is nice way to sip the tea as opposed to guzzling it. the staff is friendly & personable as well as gave me the tip to shake my drink before plunging a straw in so the strawberry puree mixes throughout. had to wait a little because they had run out of boba and were making a new batch....no problemo bc you kind find infinite ways to kill time in the Chelsea Market. anyways the boba in my tea was just made fresh so its was extra chewy and sweet...win-win for me. Tea and Milk is well worth the wait and the perfect drink for when you went to stroll through Chelsea Market or the neighborhood and enjoy chilled fresh flavors.“

“I usually buy fruit smoothies here (avocado with milk, or a mix of 2 fruits with milk) because I like simple smoothies.But today I tried their Detox Dinner Smoothie (Mango, blueberry, coconut, kale, avocado, flax seed, cayenne pepper) and it was surprisingly delicious as a combination.The mix of sweet, tangy, and spicy made this drink very refreshing and energising after 7hrs of deep cleaning my apartment on a Sunday and a 2hr pole class.This drink got me my second wind.“

“Wanbo Handshake is located near New York University. There are several seats in the store where you can take a rest. The space is not cramped and it is very comfortable. The taste of the drink is really good. It should be one of the top three delicious brands overseas. The ratio of milk to tea in the milk tea is very balanced and completely blended together. The pearls are chewy and cooked just right.“

The price to seating size was almost perfect and it was some of th3 best fried rice I've ever had. The dumplings I stole off my partners plate were good too :^)They have self order kiosks so if you wanted to you would t if had to talk to anyone. “Got an iced coffee and a smoothie. Both were good, but sweet. I think they add a decent amount of sweetener. There is no indoor seating, but overall service was quick and easy. Vibe was clean and fresh. They packaged the drinks with water-tight lids for on-the-go pickup.“
