“This is simply a world-class restaurant. The food here is superb. The hospitality is the best I've experienced in the city in years, and possibly ever. Dennis et al, offer unparalleled service in a warm and unstuffy manner. The $75 price fix at lunch is easily the best value in town. “

“4.4 stars. Reasonably priced boxed take to take home stuffed buns. The bun is very light and fluffy. The red roast pork filling was a good amount and the taste was pretty good. We liked the smaller, slightly sweet, baked, 8-to-a-box, red roast pork buns better because of the higher meat to bun ratio. I tried the salted egg custard bun for the first time and it was pretty good. Comparable to Go Believe Bakery on Grand, which always has a consistent amount of meat but less airy bun.“

“Came here on a recommendation whilst traveling with work from London. Good portion sizes but more importantly incredibly tasty. Attentive staff and chefs with a slower vibe than typical NYC chains, was nice to come in and get good quality pasta and a little break from the city.“

“Just based on the iced oat milk latte I had there: 10/10. The oat milk they use is so smooth! There was no line on a Sunday afternoon (around 12). Not too many places to sit but there are a couple of tables. The entrance is kind of confusing bc they are in the same space as au cheval. Overall great coffee and the pastries looked amazing too!“

“Mussette in Harlem is a wine bar that truly understands the art of hospitality. From the moment I stepped in, the customer service was stellar—attentive without being overbearing. The Women’s History wine flight they offer is not just unique but also a testament to their commitment to inclusivity and celebration of diversity in the wine world. And let's talk about their charcuterie boards—absolutely sublime! The selection of cheeses, dried fruit and nuts paired perfectly with the wines we chose. But what truly sets Mussette apart is the warmth and genuine passion of the staff. They made our evening unforgettable, offering insights and recommendations that enhanced our experience. If you're in Harlem and looking for a cozy spot with exceptional wine and hospitality, Mussette is the place to be.“

“My daughter, my child always finds the best places to take her mama to. And babeee these donuts along with the customer service were definitely a win for me. I am vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian ;) and I chose from the vegan section and when I tell you the pumpkin glaze donut and the vegan plain donut warmed up for less than 50 seconds in a microwave were the best thing my hour glass figure didn’t need, I am not lying. These donuts were simply delicious, so delicious imma get the heck outta the city and not come back to it for atleast 2 years. lol. There isn’t anyway I can always have these donuts at my finger tips. But hands down this is a must try and definitely recommended establishment one has to visit any time in the New York area! Now, off to the gym, omg!“

“We came here for dinner. I think the menu is pretty impressive in terms of what dishes are being offered. I've heard they do a rotating menu, weekly or seasonally? We tasted Vegan Pesto, Chicken Banh MI and BBQ Pork Banh MI. The chicken banh is delicious and fresh. They match the quality of the food and the cute designer atmosphere of the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair Accessible“

“Lysee named this V.I.C. (Very Important Chocolate Cake). It is a twelve-layer chocolate cake featuring chocolate cremeux, sponge cake, and timut pepper caramel. I appreciate its solid yet not overly dense texture, distinct from an opera cake. The richness of the chocolate flavor shines through without leaving a heavy, sugary aftertaste.“

“I was able to experience the reopening dinner and I just loved the ambiance. The place just has that calming vibe and the interior is done just perfectly. The color theory used make the place welcoming and each area has its own vibe. My favorite area and I am sure everyone else’s area is the back area with all the plants. Can’t wait to experience it again.Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian and vegan options are availableParking: You can find parking around but since it’s NY ITs hard to find parking over weekendKid-friendliness: 10+ kids are preferred as there are stairs to enter the area and high chairs are not available“

“Lovely, compact Scandi bakery with a small market in the back with selection of Haribo licorice and more.We ordered the sausage breakfast sandwich, cardamom bun, and salmon focaccia. When I come back, I’m definitely going to order the breakfast sandwich with a perfect brioche bun and thick multi-herb green aioli/sauce as the bottom layer! This was the most memorable of the items. Salmon was generously applied to the focaccia along with thick chive cream cheese, but the flavor combination wasn’t quite as unique in the lox bagel capital of the world. The cardamom bun could benefit from, well, more cardamom. And I fully admit that I’m not being quite fair on this front after having tasted the cardamom buns at Juno Bakery in Copenhagen, which are laced with so much freshly ground cardamom throughout that the scent fills the surrounding neighborhood. If you’ve tasted these buns, Smor’s will underwhelm you, but they are definitely one of the best in NYC.“

“Arriving at Bluestone is like arriving home, that's what I felt on Sunday when I was there, it feels so warm, welcoming and familiar, the attention is incredible, I loved the place and the food, fast and efficient service, I'm sure I will return soon , 10/10 for the flat white that Neury Lora recommended to me, girl I hope to see you whenever I return to Bluestone, I loved the recommendations and even more so that you made my son finally leave nothing on his plate, the aperol spritz for only 7 US UFF, the most, I'll be back for another one of those. Without a doubt, excellence in attention, 100000/10 for you Neury. See you soon Bluestone. ??“

“Great service and good food. Initially I was told I could only order food to go because someone was having a private party and they were prepping but then the man behind the counter walked me through the menu. He then suggested I have a seat and could eat in if I wanted. I chose to dine in and the food was fabulous. I got the bacon egg and cheese biscuit. They did not have the cheddar jalapeño biscuit I asked for but they added extra cheese to my sandwich to compensate. The biscuit was crunchy in the outside and soft on the inside. I'll definitely be coming back to try the chicken biscuit and all the different compound butters.“

“Wow this was the best middle Eastern food I've had at a restaurant. I wish I had a chance to meet the owner because I have so much respect for the multitude of levels her dishes had. I had one dish that could be tasted in 5 different ways with the variety of sauce combinations available on the plate alone. The prices to me were well below what they deserved to be. Whenever I go back to New York I will definitely be back here. It also hit close to home for me because my Sita used to make kibeh and it was a joy trying an elevated version of what she used to make from the pistachio baklava to the kibeh itself. So happy this place exists.“

“Great spot and we were able to snag a reservation without a crazy amount of time in advance. The beet salad was very fresh and I liked that it is not just a traditional salad. Pizza was good, but the showstopper for me was the mushroom pasta. Fabulous sauce that reminded me of Marsala sauce and a huge portion. Would definitely recommend!“

“We had cocktails at Split Eights on two different nights and I adore this bar! Adore it! I honestly can't recommend it enough. I feel horrible for not remembering their name but the person who wears glasses is super friendly and accommodating. The vibe, music and bar menu make for a special place indeed. The clever idea of having a Bartender's choice where the customer picks the alcohol and then whether it's spirit forward or not is brilliant! I wish more bars offered this option, because it makes sense and is welcoming. If someone came to your house you would do the same, so why not at a bar.“

“787 in the village is a rarity in that it is 1) usually not jam packed (during week days) and 2) fully laptop friendly. I have two gripes though. One is that they recently got rid of their drip coffee, which was fantastic. Caught off guard, I ordered a whiskey-infused dulce latte that was $11 for 12 oz. That being said, it was fantastic. My second gripe is that they have very minimal food options. The only "hot" option is an empanada, which are often sold out. They are tiny and like $7. Tasty though.“

“I came in for a cookie in the late afternoon, but there was only a chocolate and sour cherry variety available at the time. I was very uncertain about it, because it didn't sound that appetizing (I thought of cough medicine). But a lovely gentleman behind the counter by the name of Chris kindly granted me one to try. While it did not become my favorite, it was a very nice cookie and I would consider having one again, because the cherry was subtle and the overall flavor ended up being a nice balance without being overly sweet. As for the atmosphere, it gave me the impression of a warm, cozy coffee shop/bakery and the offerings in the display looked delicious. I look forward to coming back. Thanks!“

“I think it is hard to find a bakery that makes cakes that both look beautiful and taste good as well. The team at Crumbly did just that and made the most gorgeous cake for my son’s Bar Mitzvah that tasted amazing. They surpassed my expectations! It was a three tier cake with three different flavors and I can’t say one was better than another. They were all delicious. I think the pricing was reasonable too! Highly recommend! I will be getting all my cakes there from now on!“

“I've never been happier to stand outside and wait for an Americano! I exclusively drink black coffee and finding a shop that doesn't hand you burnt beans in a plastic cup is harder than you think. “Have you ever wanted crunchy but not burnt food? If you do, go to Night Shift. One reason I LOVE Night Shift is that I get to sit at the window and see everything. One time I was waiting for my food and I saw 16 boxes while waiting for chicken fingers and mozzarella stick’s. Another reason is because of the servers and the service is awesome! For example one time I was at my table about to die and I had my food in about 5 to 7 minute’s . It was so crazy! The last and best reason is that when walk in they offer water food at the same time Yep, you heard me. This is an awesome all the time because it’s so crowded because everyone likes it. So I hope you agree with me that Night Shift is the best restaurant to go to on a cold chilly night. One more thing do you know how everything is connected to Eli ‘s so is Night Shift. Go there now! “Me and my family head to Chinatown in NYC as often as we can. And we visit every Chinatown in all the cities we go to that has a Chinatown (or little Italy, etc)in it. It’s a thing we as a family do.This little hidden gem in Chinatown in NYC is nice. It looks like a sterile cafeteria inside. It is off of Main Street and the sign that says “Best Sponge cake in NYC”. If it wasn’t for the sign you would sure miss this place. The sponge cakes sell for $1.25. Their menus change daily and if your lucky you might get to purchase the cinnamon and the chocolate cookies. They have a surprisingly pop of flavor.“
