“We've eaten at Tartinery Cafè twice in our stay in New York. The food is absolutely lovely and the atmosphere great.Frank and the other members of staff are friendly and professional.Perfect place for a quick bite, with plenty of vegetarian options.Vegetarian options: Several tasty options.“

“Fun, casual atmosphere. The music is a bit loud, but not very. I bring headphones when eating alone but I also love the music.The chettinad curry with lamb was great. It's coconut based and pretty thick and fattening, but very good. I got it with butter free roti and it came with rice. The lamb was not too fatty and was very tender - really excellent! Might not get the curry again because it is so fattening with all the coconut milk, or maybe I can just avoid eating all the coconut milk curry and only eat some of it plus the meat.The chicken vepudu is good and interesting. I'm not sure if it comes without dairy by default or if you have to order it special with no dairy. It is a bit hot for me but if I take breaks between eating then it's not too hot. It comes with lightly fried batter, maybe lightly fried onions and other things, and the meat is tender. Would get again.Dietary restrictions: They have dairy free options“

“Honestly the food is AMAZING! AMAZING !!!!! BUT ...... The environment is not the best. It's tight, too serious, the food isn't the fastest and it is pricey. but I will say the food is worth it. I would just love the ambiance to change. Then it would be perfect. Absolutely perfect!“

“I had a crispy fish taco (which was delicious), a steak taco (which I didn't care for), & nachos & guacamole (which was just okay). I love mexican cuisine, but this restaurant didn't do it for me, & here is why. They don't have traditional margaritas. They don't use tequila to make their margaritas. They use wine or something that was just weird to me. I tried it, & didn't like it. They don't give you sour cream with your steak tacos. When I asked one of the guys about this, he said that's only at taco bells. I just laughed, because one I don't eat taco bells. Two, I've been to serval Mexican restaurants, that have sour cream, & the chucky salsa. Anyhow, I had a Mexican pineapple soda, that was pretty tasty. The employees there was super friendly. The waitress that had my table was nice & attentive.I'm sure they have other delicious items on their menu, but I don't like the fact, that I would have to go somewhere else to have a cocktail. With that being said; I will go back to try other food items on their menu.“

“I usually buy fruit smoothies here (avocado with milk, or a mix of 2 fruits with milk) because I like simple smoothies.But today I tried their Detox Dinner Smoothie (Mango, blueberry, coconut, kale, avocado, flax seed, cayenne pepper) and it was surprisingly delicious as a combination.The mix of sweet, tangy, and spicy made this drink very refreshing and energising after 7hrs of deep cleaning my apartment on a Sunday and a 2hr pole class.This drink got me my second wind.“

It's fish and chips, as it should be, in the most accurate way.Good luck tasting another one after this.Other than that the place itself is ordinary, just a diner in Times Square. I didn't understand why not vent the place, it's really hard to sit inside.“

“While walking back from my class trip at the Whitney Museum, I stumbled upon this wonderful shop and just had to have a look. I kept peaking over the menu by the window and was surprised with how many options they had, they had avocado toast, Açaí bowls, smoothies, juices etc… Since I was running late to my next class I just decided to settle for a smoothie. When I walked inside, the shop had such a beautiful atmosphere, with a few juices/ pastries on display. I even noticed some fresh fruit hanging in the back. I had a bit of trouble with my credit card on the card reader ( probably kept pulling it out to fast ) and the wonderful lady behind the cashier ( who’s name I wish I asked for ) was so sweet and understanding that she just didn’t mind helping me out with that. When she finished making the smoothie my goodness I was blown away by the flavor. I picked a smoothie that had mango, mint, spinach, pineapple and honey called Mango Tango. Such a good combination of ingredients!! I usually don’t finish smoothies all the way but with this one, I drank it to the bottom of the cup haha I highly recommend stopping by this place, it’s like a hidden gem!! ❤️❤️“
