“One of the best bars you’ll ever go to. If you want a bar with a diverse crowd that gives little to no judgement about your aesthetic, then this is the place to be. If you’ve got a kink, there’s probably someone else here that has it too. If you have a hobby, you’ll most likely find a friend. Great drag shows, trivia contests, and “other” contests. I will always come to this bar. They also have some of the cheapest drink prices in NYC and they don’t skimp!!“

Club Cumming Gay Bar • $$
505 E 6th St, New York

“This place is an excellent homage to the old new york bars: great variety shows, from live piano to burlesque, and reasonably priced drinks. My only reason not to give it five stars is that Club Cummins features the slowest bartender I have ever experienced; this kid can only make and charge one drink at a time, making the experience of buying a simple beer a test of patience.“

“This place is brilliant! If you've had a bad time it's you are probably the issue... out of town tourists, never stepped foot in the place and everyone has been so friendly and welcoming... considering moving to NYC so this can be our new local“

Barracuda Bar Gay Bar
275 W 22nd St, New York

“On a trip from Scotland with my best friend. The two of us had the best night. Queen Petti Cash was incredible! The staff were so friendly- from the bar staff charging our phones to the security guard making sure that we got into a taxi okay. The vibe was amazing, so lively even for a Wednesday night! Can’t wait for our next trip to NYC as we will back to visit our friends at Barracuda Lounge. Thanks again for such a great night!“

Suite Gay Bar • $$
992 Amsterdam Ave, New York

“The crowds are good and the drinks are just OK. But the bar is dirty, and it's overcrowded, looking like a fire trap waiting to happen. Clean your disgusting bathroom more. I can only speak for the men's room, but the women's room probably is just as bad. I give it 1 star.“

“Took the wife and super conservative sister to see a drag show and we had the best time ever! We laughed, danced and smiled the whole time. Such friendly staff and performers. I'm straight and loved the experience. That was my first time in a gay bar. Highly recommend it!“
