“What a great, fun place to hang out with your buddies. I could see that if I was in my 20's again, just hanging out with friends for some cheap drinks and watching sports, this would be a place on my regular rotation. Drinks were reasonably priced; they had all kinds of specials that change often so it's not always the same thing. Had some beers (Stella) and Green Tea shots that were pretty well made. For a weeknight, it was hopping. I can see that getting a place to sit on the weekends must be tough but wait around and something will open up. Staff was all friendly from the guys at the door to the barkeeper who helped us. Grabbed a seat, waitress was great with recommendations and specials. The ONLY downside I have to say (and maybe it's my age...sigh) is that the bar was LOUD. I'm sorry, did you hear me? It was LOUD! But very fun. You do have to be loud yourself to be heard, all the people, all the TV's going at once. But the vibe itself was very good. No one was causing problems; everyone was there for a good time. I hope if you find yourself in the area, and it's the type of place that you would normally enjoy, that you give The Stumble Inn a try. Well worth it.“

“Life is dope!!! I was headed home Hungry But thinking don't go home go to the storage place (next stop after Christopher st) and pick out something Get on the train lost in Hungry thoughts & I'm standing right in front of a friend (Sarah) from the Liar She's headed to work... she works at a bar on Houston That's where I was going They have food That's the universe telling me to get food first And of course drinks Get there.... Had a shot and sipping on yuengling And the food here is good she says They make everything in house except for the boneless wings and waffle fries no way I'm thinking To all my friends... We gotta come here!!!! It's clean, nice music, (Stevie wonder went off and Al green came on ) 3:30pm on a Tuesday Full bar... it's above ground Nice tvs.... So many tvs Everywhere Ordered wings & Cobb salad: the wings had a nice crispness & the right level heat of spice to the sauce (perfect for the light weights). & the freshness. The meat wasn't dry at all. It actually tasted like freshly cooked chicken nice & juicy Nothing worse than old dry a** meat with new sauce & salt trying to insult the tastebuds The salad... oooh gosh *trini accent* the fried egg I wasn't ready for. Soo good!! They won my vote because everything in the bowl was balanced. The lettuce was shredded (I hate tryna eat a salad & get slapped in the face with a napkin size piece of lettuce. Not soaked in dressing but just enough & crispy bites of bacon & now to dessert : I dunno what they offer but I often like a cocktail instead of cake. I requested an espresso martini made with casamigos reposado... these ladies (Simone & Sarah) searched for the correct ingredients. Man on man!! This sh*t hit! So good baby!! Don't go breaking my heart! The song playing as I post this Elton John & Kiki Dee And on that note, this note: I WILL BE BACK! Wait did I spell that right? Dessert or desert hahaha don't mind me... I've been drinkin *Beyonce voice *“

“It was a nice May day, and my hubby and I dined for a dinner for the first time in Hofbräu München / Bierhaus NYC. They had some interesting specials, including a grapefruit beer. I had stopped by previously and had a snack here, but this was my first legit "meal" here. This place has atmosphere in spades. I love that the decor (flags/drapes) matches the German vibe matches the music. Most restaurants these days have music that sort of "undercuts" the vibe of the cuisine they are serving. This one did not. Big points here. But in my opinion, the music was far too loud. I might be in the minority on this one because I'm a bit sensitive to blaring music, but it annoyed me and made me want to get the check a lot faster. Even if you aren't sensitive to the noise--it makes it very hard to have a conversation. (I did pop some earplugs in, so I didn't need to complain or bolt.) So thumbs WAY up on the band, thumbs down on the decibel level. The service was solid. I'd been here before and had iffy service, but this time our server was friendly and on point. I think his name was Mark and he was from England--props to himǃ I appreciated that they made me a mint lemonade which wasn't on the menu -- and was refreshing and delicious. Sidebar I know the servers don't tend to be German or speak German -- but I would like to see the staff be able to say the names of dishes in a more authentic way. It would contribute to the German vibe. The food... Hmmm... From what I've tried, I'd say the food ranges from "pretty good" to "just okay." Previously, I had a great pretzel with mustard, beer cheese, and a side of "Obatzda" -- now THAT was tasty. But for dinner... I didn't have as much luck. The Brussels Sprouts (with apples, etc.) not bad. Also not memorable. The Caesar salad (admittedly, not the most authentic choice in a German join) -- way too much dressing and very "soppy." The flatbread with the mascarpone and bacon sounded excellent on paper but tasted more like fast food. The quality of the crust and cheese were lacking. It had a certain dogfood-y taste, so I wouldn't try that one again. The sausage/wurst with cheese in it was tasty and more on par with what the place is good at...which makes sense because it's more traditionally German. The sauerkraut it came with was GREATǃ And I don't typically like sauerkraut. My husband liked the side of mashed potatoes but I did not -- so we were split on that one. I'll say if you like umami flavors and "hearty" meals, you'd probably enjoy that. And for dessert, we had the apple cake with vanilla icecream--it was okay. Warm and decent flavors but not super fresh or interesting. My husband very much enjoyed the flight of beers. And I am not a beer drinker, but even I liked the grapefruit beer concoction that substituted for one of the beers. Shout because it was very nice of them to accommodate the special requestǃ We had some liquors after dinner like Goldschläger (which I just found out isn't German but Swiss) and Rumple Minze (which is German) -- because I was curious mainly. I love the array of interesting selections. I will say (and I'm not the expert here) but the way they were served (in a big honking glass but filled about a third of the way) made it seem cheap and unattractive. Sometimes it's all in the presentation. After we left, my feeling was that I had a great time, definitely felt full/satiated, but I walked away with this sentiment "If I'm gonna go out and eat food that isn't super healthy, I rather eat something that is super delicious." And keepin' it real, this wasn't a good tradeoff. All in all, if you're a foodie or a healthy eater, I don't think you'll have the options you're seeking. But, if you like to drink beers and have appetizers (like big German PRETZELSǃ) in a festive environment, while listening to some talented musicians, you may really enjoy yourself here. I“

“I went here for the first time on Saturday at 1pm and it was, unexpectedly, one of the best bars I've been to so far in NYC! Rudy is the main contributing factor to my review; he was amazing! We ordered the Totchos (tater tot nachos) which were delicious and had drinks flowing. Nikki, another bartender, arrived before we left and she was also so wonderful. The vibes were amazing - a lot of 20 somethings there to watch sports games. We ended up staying way longer than intended and I'm planning to come back here frequently!“

“My family and I decided to dine at the Northend Food Hall last Friday, following a friend's recommendation. Despite the crowd, mainly families with young children, and the noise, we eventually secured a table for four. Our orders included birria tacos and Mexican Elote from La Chula Taqueria, a burger with fries from Harlem Public, and a Dominican pizza from the renowned Wahizza. The food surpassed our expectations; my son particularly enjoyed the birria tacos and Mexican Elote. Personally, I found nostalgia in the Dominican Pizza, reminiscent of my childhood in the Dominican Republic. Additionally, my wife indulged in a frozen margarita from the bar, thoroughly relishing it. Overall, our dining experience exceeded expectations, and we're eager to return and explore more culinary delights.“

“I loved this restaurant ever since I entered. The food is amazing along with the drinks. But ever since I entered this sports bar I fell in love with soccer and which is why I spent 1 full year practicing every day and getting into an academy, if I ever go pro I will bless this restaurant. Right now I play for a mls next academy but some higher clubs including Barcelona are interested in me. Thank you, blondies. Thank you.“

“Wow! After looking at many places on Columbus that just didn’t thrill us, we were SO happy to find the incredibly delicious Mexican cuisine at Nina’s last night I had the Cochinita Pibil (with an orange habanero salsa on the side that will let you know who’s boss…) and my old friend had Enchiladas Mole with chicken. Excellent and authentic food with warm, friendly staff, and a great bar selection with many tequilas. Nina’s is great! Reasonable too! Glad to give credit where it’s due to this 7mo old establishment that I hope stays for many years! Will return for more!“

“I love this place. I spent a couple nights over NFL Wildcard weekend this year watching the games. “Eagle is a rare thing in the concrete jungle of NYC. I rarely see it. ? Eagle ? rare is one of my favorite whiskeys I tried a few years ago and like it a lot. Also Johnny and Evan William. I have a new whiskey drinker palette ? but I'm specific about what I like. Much more to discover and I know this is a place I can taste American brands to like.Nice place. Spacious and aerated with just the proper light for a cozy ambiance.Friendly staff. Kaitlyn went above and beyond to provide great service. I tried an eagle ? rare old fashion. It was delicious.Ten years anniversary today and I want to congratulate you ?? on a decade milestone and wish you many more decades to come.,“
