I'll back up what other reviewers have said about ridiculous wait times and non-existent customer service. The pizza is amazing, but when you've ordered a pizza at 5:30pm, are told AFTER ordering online that the estimated wait is 2hrs, and it's now about 8:30pm and not only is there no pizza, but the restaurant won't answer their phone, an auto message points you to their email address, this is absurd. (30min after emailing, no response.) UPDATE 1: they called at 9:10pm after 2 emails an hour apart - "were super busy, it's busy all over the City, everyone has crazy wait times. We're doing our best and your order has already been made. We will try to get you your pizza in 20-40min." UPDATE 2: pizza arrived at the 4hr mark. It's here and it's tasty. But it's not worth the hassle in my mind. In short, I'll stop by when I am nearby and want pre-made slices, but I won't be ordering online anymore until they fix the service issues.
