“OK this is a bodega--but the reason it gets 5 stars is their Torta de Milanesa de Pollo (chicken cutlet torta). It is well breaded, comes with avocado, cheese, jalapeno, beans and lettuce /tomato. It is FANTASTIC. It has no business being that good. If ever in the area I definitely help myself to a Torta. Believe it or not people who live on west coast ask me about that sandwich--it's just so good.“

“This is a quiet little unassuming deli with some basic household items for sale. It's next to a laundromat and you may miss it if you didn't know it was there. If you did miss it around breakfast or lunchtime- thats too bad because this little hidden gem makes some mean sandwiches.“

“They are the GOAT of Hoboken Hoagies. Their fresh made daily roast beef and mozzarella sandwich is unbeatable. I've been looking forward to a sandwich every time someone says Hoboken for over 30 years. My dad used to bring them home as a treat when we were kids. They are just as good as they ever were. My picky kids love it, too! ?I would have taken a photo, but the giant delicious sandwich didn't last long enough. “

“Just had some takeout sandwiches. My favorite was the Chopped Cheese sandwich which rich in flavor. The filling was packed. It was so fresh. The bun was good and tasty too. The staff was so friendly and made sandwiches promptly. My food was packed properly. Highly recommend this place. They have lots of options.“

“The kimchi and pickled radish tasted just like in Korea, and the bulgogi rice bowl, teriyaki rice bowl, and soba noodles were very delicious. It was also surprising that there were more local customers than Korean customers. Korean food seems to have become more popular now. I really liked the smiles of the staff. I think I'll come here at least once every two days while I'm in Manhattan. Of course, if I lived here, I would want to come every day. Since there are only a few tables, it may be difficult for groups to visit, but they allow about 3 people to sit at each table and arrange about 3-5 tables. Basically, it is more like a take-out store. There were 6 of us, 3 at each table, and we ate well. Highly recommended“
