“Service was very quick! I ordered online. Except, One of the handles broke on the VERY THIN CHEAP PAPER BAG, And, The Bag was torn. Who ever was responsible for All of THAT.... JUST LEFT IT THAT WAY AND SAT IT ON THE RACK FOR ORDER PICK UP!!??I had him Correct that, Of course. ?“

“I come here often because I am always craving it! I love the classic Italian sub off the grill, the fries are yummy, and their lemonade and chocolate chip cookies are amazing. The employees are always friendly and the wait is always less than 10 minutes. Our order is always done correctly, no mistakes.“

“I went a few days ago to get a sandwich for myself and my daughter and the employee named brooklyn was extremely helpful and patient with me as this was my first time at a sub place like this. She suggested a grilled sandwich and made it for me very promptly and with every modification i requested. It was one of the best sandwiches i’ve consumed in a while. I would personally recommend number 43! I will definitely be coming back if the service i experienced from brooklyn is similar to the other staff!“

“As the proud owner of grums for over 20 years I would like to respond to a recent review left by Luis A. Luis had been coming into our store quite often for the previous month and had consistently been rude to my employees to the point when they DREADED every time he can in. On the day he speaks of he ordered what he usually did. Me, the owner made his sandwich, put it in his bag and I handed it to him and said "have a good one buddy". He takes the bag and kinda lifts it up and down like he's a human scale and says "what is this?". I politely responded "that's your sandwich, that's what you ordered". He proceeds to say "this is too light". I said "I don't know what to tell you, I put everything in there like i have for the last 20 years". He responded by saying "I'm not paying for this". By this point he had already paid so I told the employee to give him his money back, then he walked out the door. He got the EXACT sandwich he ordered, he just didn't think it was heavy enough. After he left I told the other employees the next time he came in to tell him he wouldn't be served. He showed up a week later and my brother, the co owner told him we wouldn't serve him. Luis then tried to "big time" my brother and say who do I need to talk to and my brother politely informed him that he was one of the owners and there wasn't anyone who was going to change it. Combine having to throw the sandwich away along with his continuous awful attitude and being rude to our employees it was an extremely easy decision. I have never responded before to a negative review but this one was so delusional and absurd I felt the need to defend our store. As a quick side note, he is right about one thing. We do have a sign that says "we will not help you if you are on your phone, please hang up, then order". He says this is distasteful. I say distasteful is being rude and talking on your phone while someone is trying to help you and take your order.“

“Excellent breakfast food that is SIMPLE. Word to the wise… this place is cash only. We had to go across the street to the atm at family dollar. The place itself is dated with very limited seating. There was only one table out of the entire restaurant that could accommodate 4 people so we got lucky today. We will definitely return to Irvs!“

“Today will be my 3rd sandwich/sub ordered from Jersey Mike's. I get the #9 Mike's Way. I don't know what else to say but, hands down, the best sub I've ever had. Super fresh bread and hand cut meats and cheeses. Whatever is in that shaker juice ROCKS MY WORLD. Nice staff and great food.“

“Love Micky's. My only problem, I walk up there with my dog alot. Some times I eat my ice cream there with my dog, but if it's busy I like to take it to go. I wouldn't even be mentioning this if it didn't happen every single time... any time I ask for it to go they never hear me, always come out with out lids and no bag. It's just a bit frustrating, I'm an anxious person and I just wish I could be heard the first time and not have to have another conversation just to get my stuff to go.“

“Just left Subway and I had to leave a review. I've been going to this location for several years. There's a young man and lady who I like to see when I walk in because I know when they're working the sandwiches are going to be nice, neatly made and taste great. I personally like that they pride themselves on making the sandwiches nice & neat. Actually, most of the people who I've seen working are like that, but these two stick out specifically for me. If you want a great sandwich, great service, clean restaurant, go to this location. Leave a nice tip, too. I haven't been in a few months, that said, customer service was on 10, sandwiches nice, neat, abd tasty, and the place was clean. I hope the Owner/Management appreciates their hardworking and diligence and shows it! 1/3/24 a little before noon.“
