“This restaurant was the best i have ever eaten at, every bite was like you were tasting heaven itself, the lovely cultural food was only the start of how great this restaurant was. The service was literal perfection itself, the waiters were so kind and service was so fast. And on top of all that the restaurant was really spacious and wasn't so squished, and had nice decoration. “I no longer live somewhere where I can get good shawarma/Mediterranean food, so when I come back to Ontario I always make a point to try and get some.I got a falafel wrap and chicken shawarma, and both tasted amazing. I was really hungry so maybe a bit biased, but I think it was the best I've ever had! The sauces they put on (must have been the special sauce plus some hot sauce) really took both wraps to the next level.“

The samosa filling was a bit bland & underwhelming when compared to the flavorful Indian samosas, but the dough was crispy, and eating it with the mahamri's airy, slightly sweet dough made it quite interesting.Xawaash rice bowl with beef suqaar, hummus, mbogga, salad, and ful mudammas + garlic, tahini & mild hot sauces - 3.7/5. Fun & nicely seasoned.Date cake with caramel - 4.5/5. A toffee pudding. Moist and not overly sweet. I ate it with home-bought Hagen Daz coffee ice cream, which elevated it.Glad to try Somalian cuisine & would definitely recommend it!
