“We had lunch there. It was SO great. I always get the sampler...OMG! delicious!We had the nicest server, and very excellent at his job! We had to wait when we first arrived there which mystified me as there were very few people there at the late lunch time we chose. As soon as we got seated all was perfect. Our food came out fast, refills were fast, checked on us many times. Got our drinks really quick even before menus. Got the check quickly when finished. We were greeted nicely and thanked nicely before we leftJust all around great lunch!“

“Stopped here on the way to find a spot to view 2024 Solar Eclipse. Very busy place but service was still quick and friendly. The food lived up to the Denny's quality many families come to expect. It was neat being surrounded by so much excitement for this day. There were lots of people from out of town“

“Service and dining were absolutely magnificent. A aesthetic that truly could not be matched by the like of Perry's or Trulucks. One might be tricked into thinking a five star chef prepared their food however the true master in the kitchen is a family man who prepares his artwork with love. To anyone lucky enough to be passing through these neck of the woods needs to stop by this wonderful establishment.“

“I live just outside of Waco and Cafe Homestead is hands down the best restaurant in the Waco area in my opinion! High quality food made from recipes that all taste like something, your grandma would make for a special occasion. Excellent, friendly service as well. If you were in the Waco area, you do not want to miss an opportunity to try it.“

“Our first visit to Magnolia Table did not disappoint. Server Erin was awesome. We got regular pancakes & lemon blueberry (yum) pancakes with sausage & potatoes. All the food was really good, but those lemon blueberry pancakes were something else!! The seating allows visitation with neighbors or not. We were privileged to set next to a family from Sweden that had a son that participated in a student exchange program & as previous hosts, had a lovely visit. Finished up with the Strawberry Basil Spritzer, very tangy & delicious? Overall a wonderful experience & highly recommend.“

“What an awesome place to stop for a meal while in Waco! The food, service and atmosphere is absolutely amazing! I had the Texas Philly Cheese steak sandwich (added bacon)and my wife had the Texas Chicken Cheese steak sandwich and both had Sweet-potato fries (which were wonderful).“

“I've had the privilege of dining at Oak and Ivy on a couple of occasions, and both were fantastic experiences. The latest was a party celebrating my wife and it could not have gone any better. Josh was accommodating from the very beginning and helped create an environment that was such a joy for everyone involved. His entire staff was professional and kind, and the food was amazing. I highly recommend Oak and Ivy for a date night or as a venue.“

“LOVE the freshness of every dish! I went to this location in Waco and to my surprise it was beautiful. The other location was in Georgetown (nice location as well). However, it’s never a good feeling when dining in the restaurant. I went 2x in the same day just to see the difference between the day and night staff. Both times I sat at the bar, and the service was good. As I approached the door to enter a man a woman walked right in front of me and the man let the door close in my face! I’m so sick of people being rude, it makes me not want to spend my money in the establishment. Although they can’t control others behaviors, it just sucks!“

“Called in an order yesterday for lunch/dinner & the young lady who took my order was so amazing with guest services. As we took the order she got tickled and stated I like you ? as we finished the order we laughted and hung up. Now once we went in to grab the food to go she greeted with a big smile and told us we made her day. ❤️ This does not include how wonderful the food was. I mean wow WOW WOW!!! Thank You for an amazing experience & great cooks and wonder staff.“
