Horrible experience we had. The portions were small for the price. No fries come with sandwiches. No other deli’s do this that we have been to. $4.00 to add fries and you get about 10 fires. So sad. We asked for some thousand island and ranch. We got charged over $5 dollars for ranch and thousand island. Surprised we didn’t get charged for ketchup. Black and white cook was so dry. Pastrami was good but talk about a small amount of meat for a $15 dollar sandwich. Couldn’t believe it. I’ve heard of Katz a long time ago. Guess things have changed or at least at this location in Houston. We told the waiter about the charges on the ranch and thousand island and he didn’t care. Sad…. Horrible service.
