This is NOT the same Qin Dynasty I remember. I've been a client & a frequent one since 2006 and we've gone from beautiful, clean linen on tables to plastic ones, experienced waitstaff to robots & food that was utter perfection to mediocre. I'm getting new owner vibes but I hope not. I'm giving 3 ? but only because im.hoping it was a one-off experience. Will be returning because this has been one of my favorite Chinese restaurants.
I’m only giving this restaurant 3 stars because of their server Kevin who does an amazing job ! I’ve been coming to this restaurant for over 10 years and since the new owner took over it is NOT the same . The restaurant smells of mold , they have fans on to try and mask the smell . The food taste different and I use to be able to order a lychee martini and every time I go they come up with some excuse why they don’t offer it . their phones don’t work and the smell in that restaurant is absolutely terrible. They must have some kind of sewage issue. It’s sad to see it. Go downhill. I ordered food for takeout and didn’t eat it cause all I could do was smell that restaurant all the way home
