Alex provided exceptional service a few weeks ago. Despite my app malfunctioning in the drive-thru, he remained patient and calming, sensing my growing anxiety. Our conversation was delightful, and his customer service skills were impeccable, easily earning a 10 out of 10. With his demeanor and professionalism, he’s certainly a candidate for ownership in the future!
I have been coming to this Starbucks since August of 2023. I always come here all the time the staff members are always so nice and make my drinks the best. I don’t go to any other Starbucks except from this one they never mess up my order. The environment here always calm. As well it always clean never dirty .

Compliments to Barista Cameron! Cameron served up a blonde roast pour-over. I didn't ask for it, but Cameron offered and served a pour-over anyway. I got to enjoy the freshest cup of personalized coffee because Cameron's sole focus was meeting a customer's needs.
