We arrived Saturday, 06/24 around 10.30 the hostess stated they would be closing at 11, but the door and website stated midnight. The bartender took our order with her fingers and memory, no note pad/pen and seemed a bit rushed with our order, so much she was taking the menus before asking our drink type, when asked what type of nonalcoholic drinks they offer, she said coke products. Her mannerism was poor and seemed ready to go rather service the customers. To make matters worst, I was billed double on my receipt $16.72 * 2= $33.44. I did not tip bartender/server based on lack of services. This is called stealing, what would you call it? It was not authorized, you can’t trust this company, ensure you take a picture of your receipt or pay in CASH!!! I just called the restaurant and requested management, but was placed on hold and informed management was busy and not sure when they would return my call. Wow! I would expect this type of service from Popeyes and Mc Donald’s! Patiently waiting on a manager to call me back!! Although, the hostess did not request a call back #.

We arrived here on what we thought would be a good night. Our second time visiting this restaurant, the last time was last year and the waiter was great! Arriving on Saturday at 10:30 pm we were told they were closing at 11:00 pm which was odd since the door and website stated 12:00 am. We were then seated by a host with low energy. The table across from us was dirty. There was a few people there but the bar/waitress greeted us with no smile or engagement. She came over and rushed our orders with no pen and Paper or a smile. She hurried and asked for our menus without asking if we wanted drinks we had to ask her can we look at the menus for drinks. The lemonade and cokes was nasty however prior to ordering the drinks when we asked what flavors she stated Coke products . I don’t. Work for coke . The cook that brought out our food out was amazing. The bar/waitress was short disengaged and not pleasant. The food was mediocre and non-seasoned. It was a disappointment and to top it off one of my guests was charged a tip which a tip wasn’t given Foo
