“One of my 5 top restaurants in Texas it's the closest it's gotten to my home town of East Los Angeles Boyle Heights delicious authentic food. Highly recommend any caldo and any plate like the Chile rellenos ... The only thing that I had to get over is that they don't sale beer or margaritas and sometimes for the cruda you need a nice cold michelada.. over all 5 stars“

“Happened to be staying at the Marriott Marquis and decided to eat here since it was adjacent to the hotel. It was a great decision. It is always a plus when patio seating is available. The drinks were amazing and the food was on point. Xochi is an authentic Mexican gem! The vibe, food, and drinks are amazing. The ambiance is vibrant, the dishes are bursting with flavor, and the handcrafted cocktails are a must-try. I highly recommend this restaurant while visiting Houston and, of course, even for locals, for an unforgettable Mexican dining.“

“Post HTX food hall location. They usually keep a long line but moves it pretty fast. I got their Fuego fries with birria and it was delicious! The fries were nice and crispy and seasoned, and the meat was good as well. This is probably my new favorite dish with them.“

“First time, had a good experience. Order shrimp Diablo. 4 in our group so we shared different meals.that had the best taste. Drinks on the other hand are awesome, coconut mixed drink n mojito were great and they were not shy about serving you a good amount!“

From the Valets, Concierge, Leasing Agents and Managers, you get an overwhelming feeling that you are valued and they strive to do their best to make everyday a memorable one. Special shoutout to Concierge staff, Richard does an awesome job on the overnights to make sure we feel safe!“

“This is my favorite place to get tacos by far! There isn't a lot of room inside the restaurant for you to sit and eat but you can eat in the car LOL. Expect long lines when you go to eat at brother's tacos. But it's only because their food is delicious!Parking: Parking is very limited and most people end up parking on the side of the street. However, the last time I was there was about a week ago. Ok my last visit I did notice a city worker putting fines on windshields of cars that were parked on the side of the curb in the street. Previously I had never seen this.“

“First time in this place, my experience was delicious. It is a taqueria run by its owners, Mrs. Juanita and Mr. Hector. I know their names because I asked the lady her name because she herself served us. They made us feel very comfortable explaining the dishes and breakfasts. that they served, we ordered some red chilaquiles with fried eggs and some ranchero eggs. They give you the option between refried or black beans. The dishes came accompanied with 4 handmade corn tortillas. The only recommendation I would make to the owners would be to set the prices of We paid $33 for the dishes for 2 breakfasts, 2 canned cokes and a coffee. We didn't know the prices. The place is very clean. The food is excellent. The service is 100% good. I really recommend that you come and try the homemade food they serve here. I will return. try the ribs, they looked very delicious ?“

“Miguel reworked a vegan (no meat. No dairy) sanwhich for me. Loved it! And well priced. Avocado, cooked cabbage & cilantro, with raw lettuce tomatoes on a sandwich bread. Naturally juicy. But I put the green & spicy red sauce in mine. Definitely should add it to the menu as "The Lady Be Migas" sandwich. ~ switch it out for a burger bun or a taco style. Muy delicioso! + I got a full side order of fries. He had the thick cut crinkly ones, seasoned. You can also get a small side of fries for extra $2. Custy Service ~ Very friendly. This place is somewhere between tex mex and authentic, but not quite as authentic as say ranchito or campo azul. Either way, absolutely fantastic food and service. Been here a handful of times now. You can also call in a breakfast/lunch/dinner order and pick it up at the drive through which is awesome.“

“Hello y'all!!! So went to this place, my wife is from Monterrey, N.L. I'm not from there so this review is part from her and also myself. Getting there was pretty easy, location is good, area is not high end but it's ok. Service is good, friendly, and efficient. I liked that I had like 5 waiters they all just keep asking if you need anything, so that's nice if you ever need anything lots of hands passing by not having to wait on your waiter in case they are busy. It is family friendly, and good size. As far as the food, this is why I gave a 4 out of 5, I had the pozole and it was good, just seemed that it was reheated or had been sitting all day, hominy was very squishy and pozole didn't taste fresh. Again it was still good just would have been better fresh. The red tacos I liked my wife said they were very close to the ones back home, something to do with the tortilla. I think they could of had more meat and potato in them since when I took a bite and I'm not taking little bites since I love food!! Tasted repollo and tortilla most of the time, finally about 3 bites in you taste the meat and potato, but i guess that's how they make them in Mexico, again that's my wife saying that. She had the flautas and they were ok she actually did not finish them which told me they were not that good they were just OK. Will definitely try them again a different day and different food. Will post update then.“

“We visited Houston for three days and ate breakfast tacos at Monchy's twice! I should note we were not staying nearby. Incredibly delicious! Worth a drive. I enjoyed their homemade flour tortillas but my husband said their corn ones were also exceptional. Added beans to all our choices. The Mexicana and choizo potato were our favorites. You can add cheese too which was also delicious and filling. Washed it down with their horchata. Don't miss their salsas. My favorite was the green one but both are terrific. Monchy's is a treasure!Parking: Found free parking lot okay to enter and exit both visits.“
