“Had a great experience sitting at the bar recently. They were very busy but the bartender took my order as soon as she could, and she was helpful & friendly. Their selection of amari is definitely among the best in the state. I ordered the arugula salad and it was massive, with a good amount of shaved Parm and a tasty dressing. Enjoyed tasting a preview of a super good cocktail that's now on their new Spring menu, called the "Bee's Peas" (thanks Nick!).“

“This pizza is so good and the service was fast. The server was so nice too. I got the mushroom w caramelized onion. It's a little pricy but it's worth it. I got a small and I inhaled a whole one myself tho I could've easily inhaled a large one because when it comes to pizza I'm a professional eater. The crust was so good too, like a bit salty and perfect New York style. The cheese is all from up in these parts and just all so fresh.“

“I have been a fan of Vivid Coffee for past year and for the first time I got to visit the cafe earlier this month. The cafe is spacious and lush with plants. Had a chat with Ian, he is super nice and generous. I had a cup of cappuccino and drip coffee, they were both fruity and well-balanced. The roaster is cute and gave me a tour of how their roasting process works. Looking forward to coming back soon. Thank you to everyone at Vivid who made me feel welcomed to Vermont <3.“

“My mom came to visit me in town and we came here. So glad we did. Sat at the bar. Friendly prompt service. Good wine. Delicious bread!!! And I loved my entree: stuffed quail and mushroom risotto. Great flavor, well executed. Oh! And the tiramisu was THE BEST dessert I’ve had out! Seriously.I live here in Burlington and don’t go out that much anymore because I’ve been so let down by really expensive meals that aren’t that great. Trattoria was worth it.It was so refreshing to have a fantastic night out with great food and ambience. Mom loved it too— and she’s a tough critic!“

The burger I ordered was the most delicious I’ve ever tasted—fresh, juicy meat paired with homemade sauces that were absolutely delightful. “We had a great experience at E B Strong's. We lucked out on a busy night that someone didn't show up for their reservation! Sat at a very cozy table and enjoyed 4 delicious courses (soup/salad/entrée/dessert). They had a maple Crème Brûlée... The wait staff was overwhelmingly friendly and added to the all around great experience. Highly recommend!“
