“A place I visit sometimes!On this day, I ordered Korean-style tacos, beef ribs, and calamari. The tacos were covered in red pepper sauce and were very delicious.The food is generally delicious and the atmosphere is nice! A singer sang a song on stage in the evening??“
“Very cool little diner. Food is creative, fresh, and reasonably priced. We had the eggs Benny with a nice take on the hollandaise with a little dill in there as well as beef strips and eggs that were cooked to perfection.I've been coming here for years and although the ownership has changed the service and food remain consistently high.“
“We used Woodside as our gathering place for my fathers 80th birthday party. Planning the event was not a challenge. Speaking with David in planning a meal to fit $35/plate was relatively easy. We settled on 4 appetizers and four entrees for guests to select from and Woodside was flexible in allowing us to bring in dessert from another local vendor.In speaking with guests following dinner there was not one complaint. Appetizers and entrees were very tasty and entrees were delivered hot to the table. With a party of 18, not one person had to wait for their food. Given the speed of service it was apparent the kitchen was well organised, even with the busyness in the main dining room and bar area.We had a cash bar for the guests and Liam, our server, was very attentive and kept busy.We had a room separate from the main dining and bar areas. This was for both our gathering and dinner. It sat 18 comfortably at three tables, however was a little tight for social mingling before and after dinner. My perspective only, no complaints from the guests.All-in-all, dealing with David was effortless and relaxed. I would certainly consider using Woodside for another small gathering.“
“They messed up my steak by over cooking it. While waiting for the waitress to come back, I nibbled on the shrimp and potatoes. When the waitress came to check on our orders, I showed her my steak and she was visibly embarrassed. She took my plate and said she would fix it. She came back with an entire new order. Shrimp, potatoes, steak (cooked properly) and Caesar salad. Totally amazed.“
“This pizza is actually so good the workers are very nice and kind. Pizza is always fresh and this is the only place I come to for pizza in airdrie there prices are very reasonable with inflation going up. Best place in airdrie don't hesitate to buy there :)“
“Lasagna was good but the portions are quite small. After eating I was just as hungry after I ate as when I came in. So got a burger on the way home. Service is good. The horn that sounds is a little too loud for my liking as it was the first time here. Maybe next I'll come when there is no hockey game is on.“
“This location is always really excellent when it comes to service, everyone is always very polite. When I went with my family for my father in law's birthday party our server, Riley, was personable, fast to bring out meals, and he gave me great drink suggestions. I would recommend!“
“Had supper on January 21, Cat was our server,excellent personality. The meal was great from the first cup of coffee right down to the donuts for dessert. Ordered onion rings for appetizer, came out hot and cooked to perfection. My son and I ordered steaks, hot and cooked to our liking. Came in late but the staff still allowed us to finish and did not rush us out the door.“
