“Brazen should be at the TOP of everyone’s food list in Banff. The atmosphere, wait-staff( Rylee rocked!), and Chef Dan were amazing! The food and drinks were phenomenal and first class. We ate at many restaurants in Banff and none touched the quality and taste of Brazen. We started with drinks of local beers from the rotating tap and the Garden Tea Party cocktail. We then moved on to the food portion of the meal. We had numerous dishes (mushrooms, ribs, potatoes, duck, gnocchi, and the ginger beef) and were pleased with the bold and flavorful taste of them all. We topped off the night with the house special Creme Brûlée and it was the perfect end to a delicious meal. Do yourself a favor and try this excellent restaurant!!“
“I attended Rundle Bar for afternoon tea. The staff was wonderfully welcoming and informative. The selection of teas was very good. The food was delicious although the sandwich bread had lost a little of its bounce. The restaurant was very accommodating of food sensitivities. The desserts were wonderful. And the best of all was the amazing view!“

“My girlfriend and I went down to Banff for night and when we were leaving the hotel we asked the front desk where they would recommend eating breakfast and were directed here. The portions were huge, and the staff were kind and fast to serve us. The restaurant was packed and there was a line outside but moved fairly quickly the door.We went down for breakfast and it was amazing, food was soooo good.“
“Restaurant is behind the hotel down some wooden paths. We made reservations for 6pm and had a seat with a nice view of the river. Service was excellent and the food was great. We started with Haus Bread and it was fresh out of the oven with plenty of butter. My husband got the beef short rib and it was soft and flavourful and we got a side of cabbage to share. I got the beef filet and it was cooked perfectly medium rare. We finished off our dinner with japanese orange sorbet which was light and refreshing. Overall a nice experience. We were able to ask for a shuttle to drive us back to the parkade where we parked instead of walking back up the steps in the dark.“

“Would give 10 stars if I could. Service was impeccable. Our server made the caesar salad table side and it was amazing. I cannot remember our servers name but we will call her “Caesar Goddess”. Steak was hands down the best steak I have ever had.Will definitely return on our next trip to Banff.“

“This is a wonderful restaurant to have dinner or lunch. Me and my aunt had the chicken fettuccine alfredo and the Canadian prime sirloin. It was absolutely delicious. Our waitress named Wrill (hopefully the correct spelling) was very sweet and kind. 100% recommend coming here if you're looking for a good place to eat.“

She’s great at listening and great service.
