My wife and I really enjoyed the dining experience here and the staff was amazing. thanks for making the 13th anniversary dinner so enjoyable.
We're extremely dissatisfied with our experience at Bow Valley Ranch. The wait time was excessively long, and the customer service was poor. Our waitress seemed unsure and disorganized, which added to our frustration.
When we spoke to the manager about the lengthy wait, they seemed unconcerned and dismissive. To make matters worse, our food order was problematic. We ordered the surf and turf, but the steak was overcooked and lacked flavor.
