“Our party of four just had one of the best dining experiences EVER! tonight at Klein Harris! We opted for a “sharing meal” vs individual entrees and everything we ordered was spectacular…. Chef Jamie has a real talent for combining flavours & textures….he could be the winner on any of your favourite TV cooking shows! And it made me proud to know “Canadian Cuisine” could be so elevated! Christina is a marvel with the cocktails…forget ordering a bottle of wine!…you’ll want to try as many of their delicious drinks as you can! And if you’re really fortunate, Justin will be your server… attentive, personable, professional…trust his suggestions and you won’t go wrong! Best dining experience we’ve had in forever! “Loved it. Came for the tasting menu. Excellent attention to details and flavoured so beautifully! Great commitment to my dietary preferences (no meat, light dairy)My children enjoyed it also. I found the service was very attentive , more casual than many higher end restaurants. Servers treated my kids well (my kids are polite, adventurous eaters who truly appreciate gourmet, but sometimes establishments assume otherwise ).I found the second round of non alcoholic drinks were kind of half-hazardely prepared for simple drinks. (No olive, no beautiful gradient on the Shirley temple as first round). The first round was very special however. Not sure if there’s a bartender or maybe short staffed?“
“My daughter and her friends celebrated her birthday at Model Milk so this is a review from five teenagers. They LOVED the food. Their server was “top tier.” They got a chance to try different foods with unique flavours. The ambience was a like a “cool jazz club”. They had a fabulous experience. “A great place, service is top notch. The food is delicious and well presented. It might be the season, but it was a lot of very rich "bass note" type foods. Great stuff but a touch overwhelming in that respect. If you're getting flowers delivered though, be aware they might not be on the table when you get there... disappointing but they came through in the end.“
“This local restaurant “Karachi food YYC” serves the most divine Halwa Puri I've ever tasted. The puri was perfectly crispy, and the halwa was just the right amount of sweet - a flawless balance. The portion size was really good, which normally restaurants don’t offer in a town. I was transported straight to culinary heaven with the Halwa Puri from this local restaurant. From the very first bite, I knew I had discovered culinary gold! The Halwa Puri at this local gem. Announce, these guys never asked me to comments but I thought to bring it every food lover in Calgary specially wondering for this traditional food. It’s must & 10/10 ???“
“Love their vegetarian food, especially their dal makhni and garlic naan. Service is okaish.Only good thing is their food had remained consistent in taste for more than a year. I always prefer going to guru whenever I feel like eating Indian food so far.I had a very pleasant experience, which made me edit my comment. I ordered 2 veg Manchurians (Medium spicy) and tandoori rotis. For some odd reason their medium spicy wasn’t tasting like medium spicy, and it was so hot that we couldn’t eat for our dinner. As it was a take out for dinner, we called and complained about their spicy food. They exchanged our food the next day. My point is, their service is amazing. Customer is important to them.Highly recommend!!Vegetarian options: I have been going to this restaurant for more than a year and so far their vegetarian food had remain consistent. “Every once in awhile I'll order delivery from here (so can't comment on the atmosphere), but it always comes quickly, very hot and delicious. The Prawn Butter Masala is my personal favourite so far. Definitely a hole in the wall gem!“
