I ordered through Uber today as they had a buy one get one free on the 2 piece chicken platter. For side orders, I ordered coleslaw and fries. I got coleslaw and gravy. There was supposed to be 4 pieces of chicken, but there was only 3 pieces, 2 breasts and 1 wing. I contacted the store and talked to the worker. She was very understanding and helpful. She offered to fix this issue up. I will definitely order from them again. I recommend Forest Lawn Fritou.
Ordered from here twice through Uber as they had bogo deals on food.First time we ordered poutine (create your own), chicken burger combos with mashed potatoes and gravy and two drinks, and pizza (two) for my kids. Uber took care of us (after having to go through customer service ) but the order arrived a mess. The chicken burgers were Luke warm, no potatoes with gravy, missing one drink. The new owners ruined this place. It used to be organized and the staff used to be good. Now it's like the staff doesn't care about you or your food. I order food and they tell me come in 30 minutes it will be ready. I go there after 40 minutes and they don't start. I wait 40 more minutes.
