This restaurant doesn't have a play area for kids; but the staff had blown-up balloons that the kids can take for free. My granddaughter took one. She happily played with it while we're busy finishing our meal. The place wasn't very busy so we got our preferred seat. There's a spinning wheel on the front counter that says customers can get prizes but nobody offered us a chance to try it or explain to us what it is.
It's disappointing because I really enjoy inside this location. Continually though the food quality is poor and they forget items. Just tonight they forgot three burgers and we still ended up missing one. A little more care and organization goes a long way and management is you are understaffed do something about it!

Service is great and always serves freshly made fries. I do not like paying 15cents for my food to be handed over. I would say bring a Tupper ware to gather your food into otherwise it really does take time take your food.
