My husband and I went on a flavor vacation tonight at Notable, and the first stop was the Embered Oysters. O. M. G. These little beauties left us speechless. They were baked in rich chili garlic butter, with delicate ribbons of spinach.
We then both ordered the tenderloin. My husband went for a side of the baked potato, but this wasn’t your average russet with a dollop of sour cream…this was a big, glorious red-skinned...read full review

I love the special feeling this restaurant brings to me. The rich Canadian cuisine made me feel the local culture, which was different. As a Ukrainian I do have the urge to move to Canada. And now I live in Seattle. At least this is a special journey for me😊
