Tim Hortons at SAIT is busy but with fast service and hardworking staff, handling pressure well. The breakfast meals are quick and good, not expensive. However, the Downtown location has a sad atmosphere with many drug addicts. The Beltline neighborhood one is much better. A particular staff member at another location provided dynamic service, returning a forgotten card.
