For some reason the tim Hortons app failed me. Right after I pressed the place order button my order changed to something completely different. I explained to the staff what happened and told them my actual coffee order like 4 times and then they made it wrong anyway and forgot my donut then threatened to kick us out because we were upset.
Workers are extremely not understanding towards the vulnerable and people with no fixed address (homeless).During the day time they handle the breakfast and lunch rushes very well. But they need more night staff. I’ve been there several times at night and they’ll only have 2 staff on for dinner rush. Which causes long wait times and mistakes on orders. Not to mention, it is not a safe location for only 2 staff to be working. There needs more staff and support.

I rarely wanted to write a review but the attitude of a lady working there 8am wearing glasses and seems to be a Filipino, just ruined my morning 2 times.
