Saw the hot chocolate fest sign. Went in and had a delicious treat. But the highlight was the person serving me at the counter. Fernanda....has the hospitality star badge for sure... extremely professional and friendly and very helpful and gracious smile. She offered me water and a to go cup as the hot chocolate was very rich for me... definitely revisit.
Great service and atmosphere plus handy location. It's a great place to meet people. However...Most food options are expensive and not sustainable for a M-F office worker.The drinks and pastries are fine, but I ordered a hot line item once that left me with digestive distress :S I haven't tried a hot line item since.Most recently I bought a grilled cheese sandwich and it was $11 and change for just cheese and white bread which seems pretty shocking.Wheelchair accessibility: Open...read full review
