“After travelling to Japan a few years ago to experience authentic hakata tonkotsu ramen, this is the only shop/chain, Alberta wide, that comes as close to the ones I have tried in Japan. Its not just their ramen that's great, their appetizers are stellar. Really a good amount of thought and care is placed in the dishes they make, just like in Japan.“

“We just popped in for dinner on a Wednesday and it was great. A little expensive, but what isn’t these days? Food was tasty, server was great. Parking is right out front and Crazyweed is a bit outside the overly touristy part of downtown.Can’t wait to go again“
“We got Wonton soup and 2 dinner for ones.The food was incredible, some of the best I've had in a very long time. The portions were very generous, we were very happy that we were able to take some home with us!The waitress was very nice. However, she did forget to bring our drinks so we had to re-ask half way through our meal. There is also a quite the charge for substitutions, but that's at any restaurant. The bill wasn't really that expensive.Definitely going back!“
“Excellent Onigiri! They were a standout.Kitchen uses gluten free soy sauce and most of the food is dairy free so great for people with insensitivity.The matcha latte is really good too. Our daughter loves the fresh bubble tea (used making fresh ingredients and with coconut milk so dairy free as well). My better half thoroughly enjoyed the matcha ice cream.We also enjoyed breakfast here and ended up visiting 3 times over our long weekend stay in Canmore and samples a good chunk of the menu and will be back!Resos recommended!“
