“Service and wait times were very good.Notables I usually get at wendys, Junior bacon cheese burger, fries and baconator.Junior bacon have crispy bacon, the lettuce and tomatoes usually give a nice amount of juice. Real beef is tasty and the toasted buns are nice and soft.Baconators I need to eat with ketchup otherwise the fat content becomes to high in each bite.Fries are thick cut and salted. Really enjoy wendys fries for the thicker cut.I really like wendys beef probably the most out of all fast food chains. Chicken is fine, nuggets are fine, traditional burgers are not bad.“

“This Wendy's is always amazing. We usually have fairly big orders with some modifications and specific requests. If we order for delivery, I do have to call to make some requests (not a restaurant specific problem but a corporation/app problem), but they always comes through no matter what! We've ordered all sorts of items from their menu and it's always delicious!Kid-friendliness: My kids love their chicken and fries. The new French toast is always a hit too! My kids don't really like burgers overall (doesn't matter where we order from lol), so I can't comment on that.“

“I went through the drive thru last night and I was charged for two separate orders. Two people handed me the Interac machine and I questioned paying the second time but the second girl wouldn’t let me leave until I did. They were super busy so I get the miscommunication. I kept my receipt for the second payment, they wouldn’t give me one for the first. I left and checked my account later and both payments were taken out.I went in the next morning and showed the manager my receipt and my account proving that I was charged for two orders, he handled it amazingly! “My main go to Wendy’s. The staff are friendly and service is relatively quick. Food is as you would expect from a Wendy’s so pretty good. Only problems would be that sometimes the resources (like napkins, ketchup, utensils) are not stocked as well as the place is sometimes dirty.“

“Wendy's... been here a few times over the years .. its what is expected of a Wendy's Franchise... its good they are right beside the bus terminal so you can grab something quickly and go ... I never lived in the area but my sister has for years now in a couple different places so thats why I've traveled to the north end ... otherwise I'd probably never go up around there ... also this place has 2 different washroom locations the main one and the handicap / elderly one ... the main public one is down a set of stairs and the other is on main floor and locked ?“

“Wow! Lots of negative reviews on here! My experience was negative, but manager Harbeeb(sp?), made it a very positive one. I ordered three Frosy's, of varying sizes, on March 22nd around 8pm. There was one car in front of us, and it took a very long time, before we moved up. I was handed the Frosty's, and was told that they gave us, a free medium Frosty, for having to wait so long. Well, the Frosty's must have been sitting there melting shortly after I placed the order. They had the consistency of a thin milkshake. I contaced Wendy's, the next day, and asked for the manager. I explained what happened, and he said to come by, and that he would give me the same order for free. And apologized. He apologized again as he handed me my Frosty's. No hassle whatsoever! That's exactly what should happen. ?“
