“Rolled into Medicine Hat hungry with teenagers. Found Yatin’s because it was close to the hotel. My husband and I had the most fantastic butter chicken and veggie Korma. The teens had a steak sandwich and a seafood pasta. Everyone was pleased with their meal. The pricewas was so reasonable. if you’re in the area you definitely should give it a try”

“My wife ordered take out from Asia Garden in Medicine Hat and it was some of the best Chinese food that we have ever eaten! We have yet to eat in their restaurant, but we have ordered their takeout three or four times and it is always fast, hot, a generous amount of food and neatly packaged.

Chinese food has many options and combinations, but I think that we hit the sweet spot for a lovely, tasty dinner for 2-4+ people (we just love leftovers for the next day!). Here’s what we ordered: General Tso’s chicken (crispy, a bit spicy and tender and delicious), house special fried rice (just a good go-to, with a mix of meat and veggies), Singapore noodles with curry (spicy, flavourful, curry, noodle goodness), beef and broccoli (tender and tasty and added veggies!) and almond chicken (thick, juicy, sliced chicken with super crispy batter and delicious gravy or sweet and sour sauce).

All in all, a great choice for takeout and absolutely delicious Chinese food!

Vegetarian options: Lots of options, ask staff to omit any meat or add tofu.

Dietary restrictions: Lots of choices, ask staff.

“Went to Montana's Medicine Hat October 19, 2022 at 6:30pm. The servers were short staffed, but our server Sarah was fantastic. You could tell she was rushed (running at times) but was always very friendly, still tried her best to keep everyone happy. Sarah is a great addition to the restaurant.”

Manager brought out the dishes , friendly courteous, left then came back moments later to say here is more fries that just came out of the fryer. I recommend them highly. It’s one of our go-to restaurants to get consistent service and quality.”

“This is an average Tim's. During morning rush, you can find the drive-through backed up to the main street, causing traffic problems. The service is good, but during busy times, the sandwiches can get a bit messy.”

It’s a great place for our book club to meet or for me and a friend to have a quiet lunch. “Thuy Tien is my #1 restaurant and dining experience in the WORLD since I was a baby. My family has been enjoying it for years and years and it never fails to provide great food and service, and I know there are plenty more families in the city who have the same relationship with this place as we do! It’s a calm and friendly atmosphere, perfect for a rainy afternoon or even just a last minute lunch with a friend! I have never in my life found salad rolls and peanut sauce (#2 on the menu) anywhere else that are nearly as good as they make them here, as well as the soup (especially #22) - it can never be recreated! The family that operates Thuy Tien has watched us grow up just as we have watched them serve the community all these years. My little sister once broke a glass spoon here probably 10 years ago and to do this day they always give her a plastic or metal spoon! I’m writing this review because I am in Saskatoon and have scoured the city for a place like this and haven’t found anything - and I am missing it so much. This is an absolutely must if you’re in the city of Medicine Hat!”

“1st time patronizing a Church’s Texas Chicken, upon the suggestion by a friend I don’t see often unless I’m in MHat! The staff on Wed Aug 30th @ 1pm, are friendly - helpful - polite & happy. I’m not a fan of chicken, however I had 2 pieces, 1 each of the original + spicy flavours, both were crispy & tasty. The honey butter biscuit is delicious & the jalapeno poppers with dipping sauce is yummy. Great Job ⭐️”

Parking: On the street or on either side of the building. There is even hidden secret parking in the back! Many don’t know this that have not gone through drive through (or ventured back there with curiosity in their hearts).”

We ordered burgers, some spinach dip and deep fried pickles (and drinks of course). First of all the food was soooo filling, very much worth the price(would have expected it to be more expensive but probably one of the cheaper restaurants/bars). Second, I have never had better deep fried pickles, or better spinach dip (I've tried a lot of appies). The burgers were kind of put together for the look but the taste definitely made up for me having to reassemble it; they basically melted in my mouth. By the end of the night we were so full. The service was exceptional, I don't like being bugged while I eat however I do like it when I get checked up on. So honestly I would say definitely a go to from now on.”
