“I'm not understanding all the negative reviews. I'm a very frequent visitor to this location and have been met with friendly to very friendly service, albeit one time.This location can be very busy and by some reviews it sounds to be true. If you don't have 10 minutes to spare, then don't ever go to a Starbucks. It takes time to make drinks, and maybe every vehicle isn't ordering just one drink. Last week was the first time I've ever had to wait over 5 to 10 minutes in their drive thru; 15 minutes, big deal, I love my Sugar Cookie Oat Latte, what can I say!As for staff, they are humans just like you and sometimes you have bad days too. Let's have a little more care and compassion in our dealing with those that are serving us! Just maybe, they will make your day a little brighter if you do the same for them first!Remember service with a smile? Well that goes for us customers as well! “The customer service is always fast, efficient and attentive at this location. If i need coffee, unless im up town i will go past most other locations to get to this spot.The coffee is always hot and the proper amount of sugar and cream. The only thing is there lunch selection is limited due to there size, but they stock the good sandwiches any way! Just be respectful of the people in robes, wheelchairs or iv bars, remember they may not be able to stand in long as lomg as you. Not requirement but i feel they should have a dedicated line for patients.Other than that, great service!Kid-friendliness: It is kid friendly, but there are hospital patients around, so be sure they use inside voices hehe (from an experienced uncle)Parking: Parking may be limited, but if you are healthy, there is lots of street parking on blocks around!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes its in a hospital!“

“I've been through the drive-through here a couple of times and each time is just as good as the last. “7-11 surprisingly isn't a fun job. Don't fool yourself.It's also one of them jobs that should be considered as essential as any food supply infrastructure.Not just anybody can work this job. It would beat 99% of the population out.In my time I've noticed it's Mostly because the public feels they are in some way better than these employees.7-11 employees are some of the friendliest ppl you will speak to in your day.They now have to go around and pack orders for Skip and the like-essentially doubling their workload-I saw this occur over monthsI'm not saying they are heros but they are there for you virtually anytime AT ALL . And I bet as you walk through the doors you get the friendliest 'hello' you can get at 3PM or 3AM.So say it back once in a while.“
“The staff at this Tim Hortons are always happy and friendly. They treat me and my dog very good. Not only that but it's one of the few Tim Hortons in Medicine Hat that always gets my order right every time. Even if I didn't live up here I'd drive to this location because of the great service Keep up the good work.“
“The coffee was great, the croissant was on the pricey side. $22 for two small americanos and a ham & cheese croissant. Once the tip was on it came to about $26. We were also taken back a little by the request for tips, yet our order was just called out. We were sitting right there, so it was a quick get up (not the end of the world) but when a request for tip is made, the least that is expected is a service to tip, know what I mean? If I wanted walk up coffee I would have just gone to Tim Hortons, where I don’t tip. And if it’s a matter of your employees making a liveable wage, perhaps they should be paid better.“
