First of all I just want to shout out chante! A barista at this location! She is an amazing human being, not just a great barista. Now I ride a mobility scooter and I got caught in a downpour on my way home. I was desperately trying to get my scooter inside because it is not waterproof! This was the closest place. They just 'upgraded' their point of sale machines, which now force you to click through a tip option screen. Starbucks are already very overpriced, but I would go the odd time out of convenience. Tipping has gotten completely out of hand with it's pervasiveness. I won't be buying coffee here anymore. Businesses need to pay employees adequately, or they can unionize; I'm not tipping for a coffee at a drive-through.

I'm not understanding all the negative reviews. I'm a very frequent visitor to this location and have been met with friendly to very friendly service, albeit one time.This location can be very busy and by some reviews it sounds to be true. If you don't have 10 minutes to spare, then don't ever go to a Starbucks. It takes time to make drinks, and maybe every vehicle isn't ordering just one drink.
