The start of my experience was not great. The front area smelled strongly of B.O. and it was over 5 minutes before anyone even came to the desk. However,the 2 ladies working the dining room were on their own, and it was fairly busy. My waitress, Patricia, was great, friendly, polite, and provided great service despite being so busy. Food was good as usual.
food is always fast, as well as service, i don’t think i’ve had a bad experience yet and sahil is a great manager, he does a great job at making sure guests have good food and leave happy!!

Phenomenal time here at IHOP, met with a 11 minute ticket time for our food.Delectable double blueberry pancakes. (Ate too fast to take a pic)Massive cup of hot chocolate.Only complaint is we didn't have enough creamers to build a tower but we still had fun.
